Description of Work: They washed the entire house, including Farmers porch and deck. Unfortunately there was coming water trough a few windows. Don't know why, if the guys did something wrong or our windows are the problem (house is 11 years old). At least it was not a flood... For my opinion they were a little bit fast and could do it a little bit slower and more cautious. Over all the house, deck and porch is now clean and looks good. Price was a little high, for two guys 1.5 hours... Not 100% sure if we would hire them again.

+ 0 moreThey didn't power wash the roof but they used a special solution on it that gets rid of liken and debris. They scraped off all the pine needles and stuff that was on it. It looks a lot better now. They did a good job; it was like we painted the house and had a new roof put on. We would give it a thumbs up. We didn't have anything to base the price on but it seemed a little expensive. They were very responsive. They came out the next day after we contacted them. There was a little confusion about the pricing.

Description of Work: Initially the vinyl siding of my house was hot washed. This was much needed and was expertly done. A week and a half later, a rejuvenation treatment was done. My house, and the siding, is 28 years old, so the siding color was faded and had a dull, chalky appearance. This treatment greatly improved the appearance and extends the life of the vinyl siding. The original color was restored and the siding shines again.

+ 1 moreAfter the long winter we had, we decided to have the powerwashing done professionally instead of renting the machine and doing it ourselves. What a difference it makes. The pool deck is back to it's original color, the pool cover is nice and clean and put away for the season, and the exterior of the house looks great. All the cobwebs are gone. We are very, very satisfied. The guys were great.
Description of Work: They powerwashed our cement pool deck, pool cover, driveway and the exterior of the house. The pool deck was all muddy, the pool cover was covered with pollen and dirt, and the house had cobwebs all over.

+ -1 moreScheduled them through the website, they responded quickly by coming to the house for an estimate; accomodated my schedule for the estimate, that was nice. They stuck to the price they quoted, and were there within a couple days. They sent an email ahead of time detailing the few things I needed to do to prepare, like make sure my windows were closed :-) They showed up on time, did a nice professional job, and were gone in a couple hours. I enjoyed watching them work and learning about their equipment. Very friendly, very nice experience.
Description of Work: The scheduling was easy, the estimate was done for free, and done quickly. The job was complete within a days of the first contact. The actual pressure wash (as opposed to a "pressure cleaning") was done in a couple of hours on a 3000 sq ft colonial vinyl sided house. They also pressure washed a small deck and porch. They have a neat warm water pressure machine in their truck that does a fantastic job of cleaning. My house had 10 years of dirt and mildew (white vinyl) and it looks great now! First they use a cleaning solution to loosen the dirt, then a good warm water wash that cleans it away.

They are both extremely professional which reflects their corporate jobs prior to their successful business. I would recommend them highly. Thanks Trisha and Pat.
Description of Work: Our siding and roof had a significant moss/algae build up, as well as years of pollen and dirt accumulation, on the north side of the house. Pat and his crew applied an algae/moss solution to the siding and rear roof. They used a soft pressure to thoroughly clean the siding and roof. The job was done as agreed. There was minor damage from the solution to a shrub and tree which are very close to the house and will regenerate, so no problem. The shrubs and trees were watered down before and after the application.

They worked unsupervised because I had to leave for an appointment and when I arrived home it was to a home I had not one complaint about. It was absolutely perfect!
