Blue Sky Power Washing

It went very well. House looks great! Blue Sky was kind, courteous and helpful when booking the appointment and when they were at our home for the exterior house cleaning. We will definitely use Blue Sky in the future.

They did a great job and I would use them again.

Two man crew was very conscientious and deliberate in their removal of dirt and moss build up on this large home. Went the extra mile to get at difficult areas of the house. Pricing was only slightly higher than competition. Their equipment faltered a bit, apparently of overuse and insufficient maintenance, but they made it work. Communication with the office was professional and responsive.

I was very happy with their service.

Jeremy and Richie were punctual, professional and courteous. We walked around the house and went over the job. We also talked about life and life's experiences as if we knew each other, what friends would do. Very Easy and friendly to work with. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them to anyone ! It went very well. They arrived on time and to begin with covered all the shrubs around the house to protect them. Then they went about cleaning. They answered all question posed to my satisfaction. They did an excellent job overall.

Great results! I'm especially pleased with how our roof brightened up. We had the dark streaks from mold build up and wasn't anticipating much of a difference for at least a month or more. To our surprise we noticed a dramatic improvement within a few days and almost no visible streaks after two weeks. They were timely, courteous, attentive and professional.

Blue Sky Power Wash is all about Customer Service and a Job WELL Done! From the very first contact, they make sure you understand everything they are going to do. Then they call and confirm your appointment 2 days before they are coming. They promised "midday" and I assumed that meant after lunch. They were here before 1:00! Two guys introduced themselves [ I am terrible remembering name ] and looked over the job. Then they got to work. When they were done, the house looks like it has new siding. I could never reach the high sides, but had washed the lower parts by hand in past years. They did a better job!! The moss on the roof was treated, and is dying just like they said it would. I will definitely be having them back to do annual cleaning!

Very easy to get an accurate estimate by sending photos to their staff via their web site. Staff was courteous and professional throughout the process. Excellent customer service beforehand, and the work was done when scheduled. The (very nice) crew that came to do the house arrived on schedule and did a great job. Our house, which had a lot of green mildew on it and hadn't been washed in years and years if ever, looks fantastic.

AWESOME!!!!! Very professional, punctual. Received a detailed estimate soon after they looked at the house. When the crew arrived they were courteous, and worked diligentley the whole day. Everything that was on the estimate was completed exceeding ur expectations. The outcome was better than we hoped. The house and all porches looked terrific. Our roof looks brand new. We will definitely use again !!!!

It went well and the roof looks much better now. It takes several weeks and rain for the moss to wash off. They also plan to come back and respray a couple of areas that need touch up.

Everything was great - estimate, scheduling, crew was on time, cleaned up after the job was done. We have a white siding and it was almost too bright to look at in the sun after they were done.The only reason I did not give an A for quality is we noticed the next day that some shutters still seem to have dust and pollen on them, wish that I'd noticed it while the crew was still there. But as far as the rest, it was done perfectly.

They provided a sound consultants before the service and a reasonable price compatible with other power wash companies. They arrived as scheduled and completed the wash within 2 hours as promised. The siding was very clean and brighten the colors. I would use their service again in future.

Excellent overall experience. Pat and Trisha are excellent communicators -- by e-mail and by phone. Work was done in a careful, professional manner. Would use them again. Fair and reasonable price for their services. I believe their use of hot water for powerwashing is a value-added service.

We are very pleased with the work performed. Our home, deck and fence were overdue for a cleaning and Blue Sky did a very good job.

They were punctual. They did a great job. Once the house was finished and dry, we started to see residue run down the from the shingles because they house initially was so dirty. They came back and power washed it a second time with no complaints.

I worked with Trisha over the phone and she fit me in with 2 days notice by scheduling the guys to work on a Saturday at my house - that was great because I didn't give them much notice! They are exceptionally responsive to getting you a quote and answering any questions. Pat and Jeremy came out on Saturday and washed my roof, vinyl sided house, and deck. They did an excellent job - the house and roof look brand new.I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and excellent work. They responded to my inquiry almost immediately and quickly provided a quote. They sent along their insurance documentation with the quote, saving me the trouble of asking for it. They performed the work on the day they scheduled and did a great job. The siding on my house was very dirty and came out looking new, even on three very hard to reach dormers. I will definitely hire them again.

Workers arrived on time and were very professional. They did an incredible job cleaning my white vinyl home and deck. I never could have cleaned it myself the was they did. When I called for an estimate, Tricia was very helpful and answered any question I had. I would highly recommend Blue Sky as a company. A++++++.

On 4/19/2012, Blue Sky Power Wahing arrived as scheduled. Jeremy and Joe introduced themselves and went straight to work. Watching them unobserved, I could see that they repeatedly would gently spray a shrub or bush if they thought any of the "Soft Soap" mist may have landed on the plant. Very conscientious. When I went outside later to watch the process, they pointed out to me some clapboards that were in need of repair. I was also informed that the final results would look better once we had a day or two or rain to rinse off any residual of the clening process. Upon inspection this am, I can tell you the roof looks great! The "Soft Soap" process brought new life back to the roof. Trisha, Pat and the guys at Blue Sky could not have been more professional. The information and explanations they provided before, during and afterwards proved invaluable. Coupled with great service at a fair price, Blue Sky delivers exactly what Angie's List members are looking for. An old saying is "the proof of the pudding is in the eating". I found Blue Sky on the internet before joining Angie's List. Overall experience was great. House was very clean. The power washed the deck and railings, chimney and front steps. I was very happy with the job they did. I plan to call them again this year. Date of service is approximate, may have been in May - results still the same. We tried power washing with our own washer but just never looked and clean and shiny as it did after Blue Sky finished the job.

I used Angie's List to find Blue Sky Pressure Washing. They had a very high rating and several recent reviews, so I emailed for an estimate. Within 5 minutes I received a phone call. I joked; "What took you so long to contact me", and the woman said, we like to get right back to e-mailers. I explained that our property was about to be listed for sale, and I had the day off 'today' and 'tomorrow' and that I would appreciate it if there would be any way to get the property pressure washed in the next few days. The woman said; "I'll have Pat call you right back".IN 30 minutes or less I received another call from "Pat". He asked me to describe the size of the house so he could give me a quick estimate. I said; "You know, I trust you will be fair with me, from the recommendations I read on Angie's List. Why don't you give me a standard number, and if you think it' needs to be updated when you do the job, I will understand. Pat agreed to have a crew at the house the NEXT day.The two guys arrived at 1PM on Friday and began the work. Both met me out front, introduced themselves and shook my hand. {good start}. They went right down to business and used a concentrated soap solution, and a lower volume pressure than I had expected. They had one side completed in about 30 minutes, then followed the rest. I was amazed at how good the house came out.We had some mildew, and mold on one the back side, and their methods completely eliminated it!In a few hours they were done and I was COMPLETELY satisfied!
