He eased my daughter & myself’s anxiety over bats & mice being in the attic.. & the feces! The attic was cleaned, bat & mice traps placed as well as fixing outside the building so they cannot enter in any crevices around the outside of the building. All was taken care of professionally, and now I can finally turn my heat on, as my heating system is in the attic. I would recommend him to anybody. We’ve learned a lot about our Northeast customer base over the past 9 decades like what they expect from the effectiveness of our services to what they need from our Customer Service Representatives and Service Professionals in the field.
"Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."
