Excellent. David, who provided us with the estimate, was detailed, thorough, and responsive. We met with a number of roofers and David was the only one to climb on the roof, take photos, explain the process, etc. They were also very competitively priced. It was a no-brainer. Day-of, the team arrived promptly at 7am and worked throughout the day until nearly 6pm in very cold and miserable conditions. There was still snow on the ground, so we've been promised a return once the snow has melted to ensure that all nails are picked up that might have fallen in the snow.

Two vehicles with 4 people took care of the issue.

Great. Job was well done, I had a couple, small issues with the final result, but they responded quickly and corrected them within a week.

Vaillancourt Roofing arrived with a good size crew of experienced roofers. The old roof was stripped, the old skylights removed, new skylights installed and the new roof nearly complete by the end of the first day. The work was completed with a smaller crew in less that a half day. We are very pleased with the result.

I needed a roofer to do a small job to inspect the condition of my roof substructure. There was a possibility that I would need to redo my roof, but I didn't know that up front. The first roofers I contacted were dismissive and wouldn't even talk to me unless it was a big job. But Scott at Vaillancourt said that they would do the job, for a reasonable price, and asked all the right questions (more than other roofers). When it came time to do the job, it was Adam the owner himself who came and got the job done - on time, fast, thorough, professional. Very pleasant and very customer/service attitude.

Showed up on the day promised, and started at it. Covered everything, by the time I got home from work they had already completed the removal of the old shingles, the old plywood and had put on new plywood, and shingled 75% of the entire job. Day 2 they came at the promised time and completed the job. They cleaned up, and basically everything at my house was back to exactly the same when they started.

Adam responded to our initial call promptly and walked us through the estimate. We had a lot of damage from an aging roof with leaks caused by ice dams. Adam addressed all the problems. His crew was punctual and hardworking and cleaned up completely after the job.

Excellent from start to finish. Clearly defined condition of roof after inspection, submitted detailed proposal at reasonable price. Carried out the project on time and did a great job cleaning up debris during and after construction.

Excellent service. After a hard winter and lots of damage from ice dams, we decided to replace the roof. Adam and company were the only outfit that didn't try to price gauge us. They were not inexpensive, but we feel we paid for quality. Adam and crew were on time for every appointment, followed up well, and hand held us through several choices. His crew did an excellent job on our back porch roof where it connected with the siding. I believe they did more than they initially quoted, but the price did not change. I would hire them again without doubt.

Called in the morning and they were able to show up 3 hours later (at the peak of the season's snow headaches). Had 4 or 5 guys up on the roof clearing a few feet of snow and cutting channels through the ice below, they were done after about an hour. They offered to cleanup everything that got knocked off the roof but I declined, figured I could let it melt away for the most part. Price was a little high but probably reasonable, there was a lot of snow, the ice was about a foot thick at the edges, and water had pooled several feet up the roof. They were also very prompt for such a busy season, got the job done quickly, and all around professional. They even put back up the bags of salt that I had on the roof to help the melting.

They came to the house really fast that morning. They did a great job. I think three or four guys had to get up there, they cleared off the roof, and they cleared all the channels. They were really friendly and nice and did a good job. They were out within the hour and they were done within an hour, so they were really fast. They were efficient and it was a reasonable price. It was an emergency situation because you never know when your windows start leaking.

I contacted Adam Vaillancourt Roofing & Construction LLC with help in removing ice dams and snow from our roof as we were starting to get water damage on the inside of the house. The company picked up on my first call and was able to come out the same day. On the phone, I was given a quote by the gentleman of $600 to come and remove all the ice dams/snow from the roof. I was assured that they didn't just do sections/pieces, but the whole thing--as they even inquired about the square footage of the home. Upon arrival, my husband showed them areas of concern on the roof and where water was coming in. Instead of removing all the ice dams/snow as we had been told, they told us they would only be doing sections. And actually talked us out of doing certain areas because they assured us those weren't areas of concern. Later that night, we started to get water leaks into the house from those exact areas that weren't touched. When my husband asked if this was a typical rate for service of this type for this size house, he was unable to get a straight answer from any of the crew, except for some mumbles and shrugs. We felt pressured as first-time homeowners. We trusted them to do quality, professional work as promised. That trust was misplaced and we now need to hire someone else to finish the job. It's a shame really as it was an opportunity to get additional work come spring from us and our friends. But this is one company that I would not recommend.

They were good. They bent over backwards to help out and find a roofing shingle that me and my wife had liked. We were happy.

The experience was excellent both times I used Adam Vaillancourt Roofing. Adam calls you back within a day of your inquiry, quote is written, clear and accurate, and you are kept up to date with calls ahead of the arrival of parts and the crew. You are also not sold what you don?t need. Crew arrived as schedule and did an excellent job installing and cleaning up after the repair. The crew was quite meticulous about the clean-up, returning all to the way it was before the install (no mails anywhere). Adam on site at start and end to make sure all was to my satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Prompt, neat, thorough, and professional. These guys put customer satisfaction #1 and we couldn't be happier. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we were informed throughout the entire process. They were genuinely interested in replacing our roof with the roof we wanted and not just the roof they wanted to put on. True professionals at their craft. Highly recommended.

We had at least 4 different contractors come out to our property and give us quotes. Adam's price wasn't the cheapest, but it also wasn't the most expensive. He also included a lifetime warranty for another $200. What we liked about Adam was that he was very personable and obviously was paying attention, because his proposal was the only one that gave us exactly what we asked for. Timing of the installation was within a couple of days to when he said it would be completed (which was understandable due to the rainy weather). The workers showed up promptly and had our house completely draped in tarps and black netting very quickly. They also took our gazebos and our large grill off our porch during installation and put everything back correctly. Only one plant was a little bit crushed from the tarp, but we didn't mind. Adam was very apologetic about it, which was still appreciated. Afterwards we saw the workmen taking multiple times to search around the house for any debris. We only found one roofing nail in the time since the installation and there was minimal dust from when they scraped the old roof off.

The final product is very good. The contact, quote and communications were very good. The company rep was very punctual, informative and attentive in discussions. The installers were slightly delayed due to weather and another installation, but that was acceptable and again the rep kept me informed. The initial installation of the roof went fine and it appeared to me there was attention to detail and quality workmanship. The company rep was doing bids during the day, but there was another supervisor on site. When the rep returned at the end of the job he noticed a cosmetic oversight that he wanted corrected. After several simple approaches to the problem the rep orderd a more involved solution and the result is very good. In the end, I was very pleased with the installation and the work of the installers. The project left me with the feeling that the company will do what needs to be done to do a quality job. I'd hire them again!

They thoroughly inspected the roof and then gave me an honest and complete estimate. They arrived on time with a large crew who banged out the job in much less time than I would have expected. I had a small issue at the end of the job - not with the roofing, but with a lightning rod that looked odd after the roof was complete - and one of the crew jumped right back up and changed it to my satisfaction. They left the area around my house tidier than it had been before they got there! My new roof looks awesome and I have gotten many compliments. I'll be going back to these folks for some replacement windows next!

The original estimate was about 10% higher then a previous bid I had received. When I mentioned the other bid they offered to match the price from the other bid. Since this was a local company and the other was not I preferred to go with the local company and gave Vaillancourt the job. They were very easy to work with and very professional. On the day of the job I was scheduled to be the their second stop of the day around late morning. They were delayed with their morning job but had the courtesy to call to tell me they were running about 2 hours late. They where then there as expected. The job took them less the 4 hours to complete including cleanup. They put tarps over everything to protect the house, deck and garden and there was not a scrap of paper or nail in site when the job was done. The new roof looks fantastic. After completion they did a visual inspection for any possible damage. They found a small (Less then 1") tear in a screen and asked if that was there before or if they had caused it, offering to repair it. I assured them it was already there and not their fault. I will definitely call them back when it is time to do the roof on the rest of the house.

They knew what they're doing because they specialize only in roofing and they work three straight hours. They have a crew of people and each one had specific job to do. When they're finished they are all done on time, clean up done and everything was perfect. The quality of their work was explained to me way before, if what they gonna do. The price is reasonable and they work like clockwork like a team.

This was a replacement of a 25 year old roof on a 100 year old home on Lake Winnipesaukee, Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. There were many challenges with this project which included re-roofing many intersects brought about by the architecture of the building. Complicating the process were protruding dormers, skylights and many chimney and wood stove flue and penetrations through the roof structure. This contractor provided a thorough work specification and performed the services as described. As this building is occupied by three unit owners, it was important to get and review three competitive bids. After discussing the bid details, this contractor was unanimously chosen for the job. The job was scheduled for the first full week of November and a crew of ten started promptly as scheduled on Monday November 4. It was estimated to be a two day job (which I thought was very unlikely). By the end of the first day, all of the old roof had been removed and most of the new roof installed. The second day was used to complete the detail trim and was subject to a thorough review and quality check by the owner. The entire crew then walked the property to ensure all debris and nails were removed. I have used this contractor previously on another property I own. I then provided this contractor as a reference to a friend of mine, who was also very happy with all aspects of the job. I would not hesitate to use or refer Adam Vaillancourt, LLC in the future. I thought I was picky about making sure jobs get done on schedule, on time and on budget. Adam Vaillancourt, LLC is one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with!

Replied to my initial phone call promptly, was informative on the phone, gave a fair price, set a prompt date for the repair. Showed up at exactly the appointed time, performed the repair as expected plus did some additional leak checking and repair that was not part of the original discussion yet charged the agreed upon price. Overall very satisfied.

The first crew arrived promptly at 7 AM and started on the garage. The second crew arrived at 7:30 and started on the house. First the placed tarps all around the structures to protect the landscape. Thet then stripped the roof down to the bare wood. They placed an ice barrier then underlayment then shingled. When fin ished they picked up all debree and swept the property with magnets to make sure all the nails were picked up. I am very pleased with the final product and would highly recomment them especially for their professionalism and quality of workmanship.
