Overall very satisfied with the work performed. Adam and his crew were very professional . They completed the work in a timely manner and they did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. Because of the extreme heat at the time the job was scheduled, they worked two half days to get the job done. They were both courteous and very punctual. I would highly recommend Adam Vaillancourt Roofing to anyone that wants a professional, quality job done.

Adam and his crew arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and immediately covered the side of my home and all plants and trees below the roof. His crew worked efficiently to complete the job. Upon completion of the repair, I was asked to review the work. Once accepted, the crew cleaned up the property and left. This job was so thorough that I have no input on how this job could have been done any better.

Each aspect of the complete experience exceeded my expectations. The initial visit from Adam and Nathan was a positive one - they were thorough in their examination of the roof, including a look inside to determine condition of the plywood roof deck. All told they spent about an hour including a complete description of the work to be performed and time spent answering my many questions. Of the several quotes I ended up getting, their overall presentation and thoroughness was easily the best. Their straightforward and open approach, along with proof of insurance and list of references speaks for itself. This proposal step left me with the feeling that they were a top notch company who understood customer experience and that they truly wanted to earn the job. Being extremely quality minded - I look hard and long at all the details and am thorough in my research of products, process, and competition to arrive at a decision with significant cost on the line. As part of my research the Certainteed Landmark shingle was rated very highly in Consumer Reports and that coupled with Adam's status as a Select ShingleMaster installer added to my confidence in product and qualifications of Adam and crew. It's worth noting that throughout this process Nathan answered many of my additional questions along the way and never pressured me to make a decision. They truly wanted me to have all the complete details and be comfortable with the information to make an informed decision on such a large investment. On installation day the full crew showed up on the day and time that was communicated. Each member of the crew I interacted with was friendly, courteous and clearly worked well as a team. The complete job was expected to take no more than two days, and in this case they worked later and were able to complete in one! The attention to detail and level of thoroughness rivaled my own - which I don't say of many people. Everyone was diligent about site cleanup and my level of satisfaction with the job - and I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of completed work. From start to finish all details were reviewed and every set expectation met. I would highly recommend Adam Vaillancourt and crew and I'm pleased to have supported a local business that speaks of quality all around!

I would definitely tell others to use him. He did really well.

My wife was home when the construction crew arrived. The main / foreman made her feel very comfortably immediately. He introduced his workers and gave her an idea of what would be done that day, what noises to expect etc. These men showed up at exactly when we requested, 8am ( so she could get the kids off). They worked diligently and stayed in the driveway to eat lunch, my wife brought them Ice Tea. They worked steadily and were professional. They completed the job 1/2 day before the schedule due to good weather. The estimate was good, the workers spoke English as a first language, the work was quick & thorough. Great Job!
