+ -1 moreWe have them regularly taking care of our lawn for mowing and they also do other landscaping work. They do exactly what we tell them to do and they don't make mistakes. I'd say it's right in the ballpark of what I understand them to be. They're reasonably responsive. I haven't had to go after them too much. They've always gotten back to me.
