Brandon was great and we would hire him again in an instant85! He was quick with a reply to the posting and quoted a very reasonable price. Brandon is very knowledge and completed our project quickly but perfectly at the same time. We added an addition to our home and needed our entryway and a small bathroom tiled. We had wood floors already laid down prior to Brandon's arrival. Brandon made the transitions between the two floors completely level which is very impressive considering we had a heated floor mat to be installed in the bathroom. Brandon works very clean and tidy. He was at the house for 2 days and you wouldn't know he was there except for the floor being done. Our GC was also impressed with his work, which says a lot considering he sees numerous renovations and additions being completed. The next time we need any tile work done, we will be definitely reaching back out to Brandon.

Brandon came when he said he would, talked the job through beforehand (we had a patterned tile chosen) and he laid it out ahead of installing it so we were all happy with the layout. He did a great job and we highly recommend him without hesitation. We'd hire him again, no question!

Brandon did exceptional work, with a difficult tile pattern, on my kitchen back-splash! My cabinet had been delayed, more than once since i contacted Brandon, and he kept in touch and accommodated the changing time frames. The tile looks amazing! Once he shows up, he is right to work! I don't even recall a break (which was well deserved!). He also took the time to clean the work area and store his tools neatly for the next day. I bought cheap cheap Home Depot tile. I didn’t realize that inexpensive tile is sometimes sized slightly different. Brandon was able to work his magic and make all the lines perfect. He’s not just a great installer… there’s an artistry to his installs. I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and the quality of his work and his excellent communication skills and his love for the craft of installing tile.

I had to gut the bathroom upon purchasing the home and tried to do a lot of work on my own to keep costs down. Tile was certainly not my thing and Brandon came to the rescue. He is very knowledgeable and helped me find the right materials. Once I had everything Brandon worked quickly and expertly. I don’t know how he made the tile fit in a very uneven 60’s bath! His work was impeccable and the price was reasonable. He is friendly and easy to work with and gets the job done in a timely manner- even volunteering to work in my space on a holiday! Prompt, courteous, and quality work is hard to come by these days and Brandon from New England Stone Craft exceeds all expectations. The work was done swiftly and to such a high level of quality that I refuse to use any other contractor for all of my tile needs. It’s difficult these days to find a contractor that I trust to not only do quality work but to also perform work while I’m not home.
