 + -1 moreWe left a message on his answering machine on Sunday and he called us first thing on Monday which was great. But that is where is ended. He told us he was out of town for another project and would call us Wednesday night to let us know about coming over for Thursday. He never called. I am very disappointed because my toilet needs to get fixed and we postponed getting someone else because he said he could do it. Now I have to find someone else. Yes, its not a major problem but I still have a problem. If he just called and said something came up instead of blowing me off I probably wouldn't be p*****.
Description of Work: The provider called us back promptly but that was about it.

 + -1 morePulled a toilet for a floor replacement and found the toilet flange was rotted out. Called Keith and he responded quickly. The following day, as arranged the guys were here to replace the flange and replace the toilet.
Description of Work: Replaced toilet flange and re-installed toilet.

 + -1 moreYou called him this morning and he responded very quickly. He came out same day. He was only at my home for about 15 min and had fixed the problem.
Description of Work: He replace a gasket on one toilet and adjusted a handle on the other toilet. He stated that if anything happened with the toilet that had the handle problem that it may need to have the parts replaced on the inside or to purchase a new toilet bowl.

 + -1 moreArrived 45 minutes late. They both were very friendly. I explained the problem, showed them the location and they went about their business replacing the outside faucet. They were done within 30 minutes. Had a nice but short conversation when they were finished, paid our bill ($175.00) and they went about their day! .
Description of Work: Replaced the outside faucet which was leaking badly. Repair was done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly guys. The only reason I gave them a C on punctuality was because they were 45 minutes later than agreed on. I was off work that day so it did not make too much difference, but for those who have to take off work, sitting around for an extra 45 minutes can be a problem. A phonecall to let us know they would be later than expected, would have been nice. Other than that, they were great and I would have them return again.
