Ideal Painting

I reached out to this company after researching the reviews of Angies List. When I reached out to this company, NO ONE ever responded. I found this very unprofessional and for this reason, I would NOT recommend or consider using.

I can't say enough good things about Susie and her crew. The estimate was accurate, they arrived on time each day, and kept disruption to a minimum by restoring our kitchen to functionality every night before they went home. Susie made excellent recommendations for paint and trim color, and also made suggestions for the ugly wall above our fireplace that completely transformed the room, at very little additional cost. She also made recommendations for replacing our outdated recessed lighting and recommended an electrician who also did an outstanding job, true to estimate, At the end of the job they cleaned up perfectly (including the windows, and we have a lot of windows!), put the furniture back in place, and Susie followed up to be sure that everything was satisfactory after the job was complete. Everything exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier. Hire Ideal Painting - you won't be disappointed!

Susie and her helper did a great job. They got the whole job done in about 2 days. They were very quick, tidy, and detail oriented. It looks great. We will definitely be using her again!

The project results where excellent. Suzie went above and beyond what she needed to. When we needed a finish carpenter and an electrician, she had people that she had worked with and they provided great service at a reasonable price. She's a perfectionist, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. In short, do yourself a favor and contact Suzie at Ideal Painting, you'll be glad you did.

We have used Ideal Painting several times in the past, mostly for larger jobs than this. As usual, Susie's work was outstanding. She not only did a beautiful job on the window and trim, but then, since she was already here and had an open paint can and a brush in her hand, she walked through the house to find and fix any areas that needed to be touched up. This is a perfect example of how Sue "owns" her jobs. She takes real pride in her work and ensures that it s perfect before she leaves.

Painted the ceilings after the popcorn was removed. I had the popcorn removed professional in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. I removed the popcorn myself on the stairway going up to the 2nd floor. The contractor was supposed to mud, sand, and paint the ceilings. He said he mudded and sanded but the ceilings look terrible. You can see where it SHOULD have been sanded down. There are marks and nicks all over all the ceilings. I am not impressed and not happy at all. I will not use this contractor again. I would love it if he came back and fixed everything for free. Andy from certa pro painters was awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and polite. He was on time and was very helpful. Even offered suggestions on how to re do our cabinets. The price was very reasonable too. I would def call Andy again but I would request a different contractor

You can tell Susie loves to paint. She was very precise, very neat, and very nice to work with. Everything was covered before she started, and cleaned up when she finished.

Did not hire provider due to very high estimate quote. Susanne Hal was very pleasant and professional when she came to our house to look at the job and give us her quote. She seemed very detailed oriented and competent in describing the work she would do for us and she exuded a lot of enthusiasm about the quality of her work. We would definitely have hired her if her quote was within our budget. Prior to starting the job, Susie dropped off some color wheels to help me choose the colors I wanted.Susie was neat, efficient, has an eye for detail. Her son helped her first day. She did the rest of the work herself. She brought paint samples for me, so I could see if I would really like the colors I chose. I would highly recommend her'

Susie is awesome. She responded quickly, showed great communication throughout the project, educated us, worked as quick as possible while waiting for other related contractors to finish their parts. Her prices are very reasonable. We will be using her again whenever possible and refer her to everyone we know. She is a rare gem in this field.

Responded within a few days to schedule a visit for an estimate. Reasonable pricing. Painted a fairly large family room with 1 additional worker in 1 work day. Supplied everything included in price - paint, drop cloths etc. totally worth the money to avoid the hassle of trying to do ourselves. Quality of work was excellent too!

Susie was extremely responsive to my original phone call and was at my house within a few days to review what I needed done. I recieved her estimate within another day, was pleased with her price so we set up a time and date for her to do the work. Susie was always prompt with answering her phone or returning calls. She also was very knowledgeable, professional and very enthused about her work. She has a bubbly personality and was so easy to work with. I was so pleased with how both rooms turned out. Her painting was impeccable and the house was left picked up and clean. I was just so impressed with every aspect of her work. I asked her if she could return and paint the other room that she had stripped the wallpaper from. We set up a date and that job was performed extremely well also. I will contact Susie at Ideal Painting for any future painting jobs that I need done.

Amazing job! Susie is knowledgeable and talented in her area of expertise. She transformed my master bathroom from an old out of date wallpaper into a gorgeous master bathroom to fit my style. Additionally, she repaired a large crack in my kitchen ceiling and then painted the very large open concept kitchen/living room ceiling. What started out as just a kitchen soffit paint job, evolved into the entire kitchen and living room areas being painted with complimentary colors. Susie has a great attention to detail and is extremely personable. She has a contact list at her disposal if you need something done. I have some other areas that will require her touch in the near future and would definitely recommend her company. I am extremely pleased with the quality and experience that I've had with IDEAL PAINTING!

Extremely professional with work far above and beyond the original job. Susie is a perfectionist, and made terrific recommendations but without pushing, leaving decisions up to us. Results of painting were beautiful. Susie is widely knowledgeable and was able to provide contacts for other work we needed done who were equally professional and also did high quality work at very fair prices.

Most rooms had plush wall to wall rugs. Ideal was very neat, and left all wallpaper and rugs paint free. They put all supplies away every evening, and never left us without the use of any room in the evening. They met their estimated time requirement. Ideal also touched up some other areas voluntarily.

It went absolutely fabulous. Susie is a pro as is her assistant John. She came in set up, took charge and did a great job. They were here two days and not one drop of paint was left behind. Susie even did a few extras for us. The place was cleaned completely before she left. Very pleasant to have around.

Susie was very professional and did a great job. I had a circumstance that required quick turn around and Susie returned my call quickly, and fit me in for an estimate the next day. I heard back from her within 24 hours with a very detailed written estimate. Her follow up was excellent. The room took 2 days to complete. She protected the floors and moved all the furniture away from the walls, covered everything in the room completely, removed the wallpaper, washed the walls, prepped and sanded, caulked and painted the trim, primed and painted the walls. She was detailed and very careful. The walls look fantastic and I would highly recommend her for wallpaper removal and painting. It was great to work with her.

Susie brings a sense of professionalism, fun and energy to the job. We loved having her around, and we loved her suggestions and the expertise she provided. She also is meticulous at cleaning up before she leaves for the day. I can't say enough good things about her. Her approach to the work was perhaps the most amazing because she looked at the job as a whole rather than just painting. She wanted to be the last person there to make sure everything looked beautiful. And it does.

The entire project took one week and went very smoothly. Susie and her crew arrived promptly each morning and cleaned up before leaving each day. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed as to the work that would be done each day. Susie is easy to work with and flexible. She was very patient when I changed my mind on the colors twice. The end result was amazing - my house looks beautiful. I would definitely use Ideal Painting in the future!

Susie made me feel at ease right away and she took the time to explain what would be done. They came before they were scheduled and exceeded my expectations. The window trim has sharp and concise lines.The wall color is solid and even. The room is beautiful! When they left for the day everything was picked up and neatly stored. At the end of the job the room was left neat and clean. I would definitely contact them again for future painting needs. I was more than pleased with the results.
