It went excellent. Jessie was very polite and punctual. After doing a full assessment of our home, he came to me with a plan. He set a few traps in my attic and had a member of his team come by later that week to patch the holes that were left in our basement from a contractor who wasn't very conscious of his work. About two weeks after that Jessie came back to remove the traps, and that was the last we heard of our little friends in our house. What I really liked was that they didn't try and set me up for quarterly visits and all this stuff. They got in here and took care of our problem!
Description of Work: Got rid of the mice in our attic. Also patched the holes they were using to get in.

We called a month earlier because we knew we had animals - probably gray squirrels and/or flying squirrles in our attic and walls over the last winter. Scott came out and did a thorough inspection of the house - roof line and foundation, looking for places squirrels and rodents could access attic, walls and basement. He found 5 roofline openings, and evidence of both flying squirrels and at least one gray squirrel nest. We waited until the snow melted for easier access - and to give babies a chance to get large enough to leave. We really liked that their process is to close up all openings, allowing at least one escape opening with a one way door so the squirrels cannot re-enter. This is better than having them trapped in a trap, panicking and suffering, until someone comes to get them. Also, no added cost involved in disposing of each animals. And, no animals dying trapped in the house. We were pretty sure there were babies. Initially, he closed up all openings leaving one one-way door. He said if their were babies we would hear Mom trying to get back in, and he would come back to open the door, so she can come in and remove the babies. A few days later, we heard a squirrel back in our wall. Scott came back and found a new opening mama squirrel had made in the front fascia. He created a new one way door there -that he left open for a week to allow mom to get and remove babies. About a week and a half later there was no more noise, and he came and closed the one way door. Granted, it is spring - so they normally do head back outside. He has a one year warranty on his work, so we feel confident that he will service this if there is any sign of returning/ re-entering squirrels. I appreciated that he was very detailed in his inspection, took all we reported into consideration, solved our habitation problem, yet respected and worked with the natural tendencies of the squirrels. I highly recommend this business.
Description of Work: Inspection and later installation of barriers to remove and keep squirrels out of attic and walls.
