Kevin and his crew did a great job. He coordinated everything in advance with the town, plumbers, permits, and digging. Everyone arrived exactly on time, with trucks, backhoe and equipment.. They worked very hard and they were fast. Very skilled backhoe driver. It was a big job and kept two plumbers and the excavation crew of three busy for 5+ straight hours. They cleaned up and will come back in the spring to level and reseed the lawn and replace a hedge that had to be partially sacrificed in the process. Price was fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We had contacted Kevin to do some excavating work and replace our sewer line about a month ago, and we had schedule a tentative dig date for sometime a few months later. But just about overnight, our sewage problems went from manageable and non-emergent, to UNmanageable and emergent! We contacted Kevin, and he rearranged his entire client schedule just because he knew we were dealing with a problem that was difficulty and disgusting to live with. From that point on, we were happier and happier that we chose to go with Mak's. Kevin and his team did an incredible job. From day one, they were punctual, efficient, pleasant to deal with, and rolled with the punches. They were flexible and good-natured when it came to issues with our right-of-way that delayed work time. They also went above and beyond our expectations by rushing the pave job and then seeding, mulching, and haying around the driveway. During the whole time they worked on our issues, Kevin and his team treated us like family. We would recommend them to anyone!
