We hired Bill Dow to do some electrical work for us. We are new to the area, so I searched Angie's list and saw all the great reviews he had. Bill showed up right on time to. Give us an estimate. He was very courteous and reasonable. We had him add an outside LED to our garage, update the back outside flood lights to LED's, add a 3way switch to an existing outside light, add 2 outlets, one outside and one in the master bath (GFI). He also added and outlet to our basement. when he arrived to do the work, he showed up on time, did a very neat job and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. We had him pick out the outside LED flood lights, as we were not sure what we needed. The units he picked are nice, bright and light up the back and side yards perfectly. Everything was done as he stated. We are both very fussy. He did the job as if we had done it ourselves, (if we could have!) It is perfect. We would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him. He deserves a 5 star rating!

The installation went very smoothly and was exactly what we asked for and expected. I was very pleased with how Bill was able to run new power cables and install the new fan fixtures along an exposed ceiling beam in a way that was neat and unobtrusive. This the third time we have hired Bill to do electrical work in our home, and we would not hesitate to do so again.

Called Bill and he immediately set up a date and time. Came when expected and was very personable, efficient and professional. Bill needed to drill a hole through an existing electrical box to run a line outside my home. He ran a wire outside to the brick fireplace wall, drilled through and inserted an electrical wire inside for the contractor who installs my gas fireplace insert. Bill knew exactly what had to be done and did a great job. Bill also replaced an exiting fan on my porch. He assembled the new fan, installed it and made certain it was functioning properly. Very pleased with his work and will hire him again.

Great service! Showed up on time, listened to all of the issues and addressed everything completely. We also had a plumber there to install a new dishwasher and he made sure his part was complete before the plumber arrived. We're new in town and it is nice to know that we have found someone that we can depend on. We'll definitely be calling again as we remodel and update the house.

Bill was responsive by phone and email, and he was prompt on the service date. Bill was friendly and answered all my questions before, during, and after the work. He cleaned up the work site. I would definitely hire him again.

Bill Dow is one exceptional professional.Due to the nature of the property it wasn't a straight forward project. Bill did an awesome job and wired everything promptly and his invoice was less than i expected. All that while my wife and I were on vacation. What else can you ask for? Yes, you can probably find less expensive electrician but why taking chances while improving your house? Hire Bill without hesitation.

What a nice guy, I just happen to get him one a day when he had a cancellation and he fit me right in. He was here right on time and worked very quickly. He was also very friendly. I would hire him again anytime and would recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.

They arrived on time, were very friendly, and started digging up the septic. It was very hot, and they had to work directly in the sun. They keep me informed all through the process, and were very careful not to track any dirt into the house. When they finished, they cleaned up the yard, and it looked better than before they came. Then when it was time to pay the bill, the total was much less than I had expected. Bill Dow personally garinteed his work and said if any thing went wrong he would fix it for free. Three weeks later I had to call him about a leak around the area of his work. He arrived at my house within an hour, and promptly fixed the issue (which had nothing to do with his work), and there was no charge to me. As a single, female home owner, it can be challenging to find workers that don't try to take advantage of you. I trust WB Dow Electric, and will use them for any electrical issues I have, and would reccomend him to everyone.

I would hire Bill Dow again in a minute. He is punctual, performed quality work and his estimate was accurate. The price was also reasonable for the work. He installed an electrical panel outside for a hot tub. What most impressed me was how he went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in working order.

The job turned out to be simple and was quickly completed.

Bill was awesome to work with and he's very good at what he does. He fixed the smaller problems in no time which allowed us to start doing work on the main room. It was a pleasure to work with him - he's very patient and diligent about getting things perfect. the quality of his work is outstanding. He even withstood 100's of my questions...He'll be the "go to" guy in our neighborhood for sure
