+ 0 moreEverything went very well. They installed all the heating/HVAC and plumbing. Other than minor corrections, the systems have performed as expected. The Geo-Thermal took a bit of time to adjust to the supply and demands of the system. As with all new technology we had a few corrections but Seely and his staff were very quick to respond and address any needs. They even come out on a Saturday night if needed :) There cost of the systems and maintenance fees are reasonable. They might not be the least expensive but you get what you pay for and they are well worth it. I would highly recommend Seely Plumbing and Heating for any of your needs. Jim Seely and his staff are knowledgable and have good solutions, repairs and corrections.
Description of Work: Seeling Plumbing installed all our heating (GeoThermal) and plumbing (6 Baths, Kitchen and utility room) and propane system in our new home in 2011 and they continue to be our service provider for annual maintenance and improvements.

+ -1 moreI added 5 mini-splits units to my house to change heating from oil to efficient electric. I already used Seely Plumbing twice in the past and hired them again. They are totally professional and job was done in timely manner. They confirmed with me all locations where units would go both inside and outside of the house. All rooms were left broom clean and job was done while my wife and I were on vacation.

+ -1 moreI wanted to replace a simple electric base board which was an expensive and inefficient with something modern. Seely came and made an excellent proposal. Their price was totally competitive and the quality of their work was way above my expectations. After that i had them install water heater heat pump. Again, I'm more than satisfied. They come on time (even a bit earlier), they finish when they said they would be done, everything is absolutely clean when they leave and everything works.

Description of Work: Had a geothermal system installed by another company in 2011 that proved to be incomplete and in efficient. Seely came in and figured out what needed to be done to correct the prior work. Installed radiant floor, reconnected all heating systems left unconnected by the prior co., lowered the temperature for propane backup so system would continue to operate almost exclusively, replaced the radiators in all rooms to maximize heat output and installed a heat pump water heater which replaced the propane powered Rinnai. House is significantly warmer and we are no longer reliant on the propane boiler. Work was done in two days. Workers were going non stop and left the entire work area just as they found it. Returned next day to double check all systems and have followed up several times by phone.

+ 0 moreWe couldn't have been happier with the work. They were very professional and everyone they sent to work on the site was very courteous and helpful. We had a lot of questions as things went forward and they were happy to work with us. From the initial bid to the last floor grate going in they were prompt and professional. Overall we worked with them for about 9 months.
Description of Work: This was a new construction and they took care of the plumbing and heating for the whole project. 4 bathrooms, radiant heat and forced hot air and mini splits for AC in the bedrooms. There are also a number of baseboard heaters that were installed. There were a lot of different facets to this project and they helped us come up with the best plan to encompass all the needs. The heating system wasn't tested until this fall because of our tight time line and they were quick to come out and make any adjustments that were needed. Everything works perfectly! We have used them on another house before and they were always very fast to respond if we needed emergency service.
