There were several issues with the 16 foot garage door which finally caused it to jump the track. None of the issues were handyman options and need the experiance of a professional. In less than an hour, the drums an cables were readjusted, the door back on track and all nuts and bolts tightened,and all set for another 20 years...hopefully.
