I requested water heater replacement on "Angie". Belknap called me the next day and said the could do the job the following day, which was a Saturday. They were here exactly when they said they would be and charged exactly what they had quoted over the phone. The two guys were polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

Very good work but expensive

Anthony was on time and completed the task I needed. He was friendly and professional and even helped solve a problem with my water heater which wasn’t on his to do list. I would highly recommend him and will hire him again.

He overcharges me. over-promised and now he is not getting back to me.

The quality of the work was poor. The contractor needed to provide more effort to rake out and grade the affected area he was hired to fix. His effort to spread seed evenly was poor. I had to get more loam and fix the areas that his equipment damaged. We tried to reach out to see if he would be willing to make restitution for the cost of extra loam and seed. No response.

They were very courteous and showed up as planned. They gave good advice on options for my job and we are very happy with the finished job.

Anthony saved the day -- or the night, as it were. Stuck water main faucet on a Friday night at a summer house we were opening for the season. Called FIVE plumbers -- our usual plus a bunch of other I found on Angi (on line) and he was the only one who came through. SO communicative as our house can be difficult to find -- and I was in a dead zone for cell phones at one point and he TEXTED me which I thought was a brilliant work-around. Kudos to Anthony!!!

The worst plumber experience ever. Anthony Galiettas was an about an hour late for the appointment. He waisted most of the time talking but did almost nothing. When he finally stated doing something, he did not bring any tool or machine with him. He sold a bottle of drain chemical to me for $80 and poured only a portion of it into the pipe. It finally did not work at all. My sink is still draining slow. He charged me for two hours although he was here less than 1.5 hours with half of the time waisted in talking. What is worse is that he charged me for travel which he did not mention in the phone call at all. I was trying to ask him explain the bills and he threatened me to call the police department. The worst experience ever. The problem got worse when he left. Total waste of time and money.

Anthony did a great job. He replaced two toilets for me. He communicated well and was in touch when he was running late for the apt. I recommend Anthony and will definitely use him again.

Anthony is very personable, responsive, communicates very well and follows through. Everytime I have called Anthony he has been very responsive, gets right back to me and has helped me out in various situations on different jobs. I have recommended him to several people who were happy with him too. He is a great guy and we continue to use him.
