 + -1 moreOverall it was a long day since it was pouring which made it muddy and messy but that did NOT stop him. He went under the home and on top of the home. Checked everything outside as well as inside. He was very quick to respond to my call and even quicker to set up a date that worked for all concerned. He even had a Thermal Imaging Machine to test with. Very impressive. Bottom line, he saved us a fortune because the home was in such bad shape which you would never know judging by how it looked. When I got the final written report from him it was also very thorough. I hadn't realized he'd taken so many pictures but there they were all to back up his info. I will definitely hire him again. He went above and beyond to help us and we can't thank him enough. Thank YOU Bob McWhirter, for a job well done.
Description of Work: He was very thorough with his inspection. He crawled beneath the crawl space in the pouring rain. Took his time inspecting each and every thing there was to be inspected. Very knowledgeable and kept us informed in detail as the inspection progressed. Didn't mind any questions and was very helpful in explaining what we didn't understand. He had a hard time locating the water heater but kept on searching until he found it. I can't praise this man enough on a job well done.

 + -1 moreAll went smoothly. The provider was professional and friendly. He answered any questions we had and was diligent about getting back with us if we had any questions regarding the findings of the inspection.
Description of Work: The provider inspected our home and also performed radon testing for air.
