"On the first visit we repaired a couple of leaks. One leak initially was the only one that was visible, once the manifold was moved to make the repairs the other leaks appeared so it was evident that we needed more time and would need to return to do more repairs/replace gaskets. All of the leaks were pre-existing due to a lack of proper maintenance to the unit. The leaks had been ongoing for a while but some had rusted over and re-sealed themselves but still needed to be repaired properly. We did not cause any leaks, we did not create the leaks by anything we did. The owner chose to not have us come back out to make all of the necessary repairs. If we had done anything to cause the leaks, we would have repaired them at no charge. We kept the owner informed as to what was going on, explaining to them what was causing the leaks and when we left the property, nothing was leaking. A lack of proper maintenance is a big part of the problem with this unit. We came out for a service call, he called that day and we responded that day. When he called to say there was another leak (a new leak as it was not leaking when we left), we told him we'd be back out within a few days and he was fine with this, however his wife called and wanted us out there immediately, which we were there within 1-2 hours of her calling us on that day for the second trip. The customer is expecting us to not charge them for repairs made that were not caused by us, we did everything in a timely and professional manner."

""2 service calls in 2011 within 2 days of each other. 2nd service call replaced 2 parts that were replaced 2 days earlier. Very unprofessional on the phone." The second service call was due to an electrical storm which shorted out the two parts which were previously replaced, the parts were not faulty or bad due to anything our company did. Unfortunately, it is the home owners responsibility to pay for the parts, there was always the option of the homeowner going through his insurance. The electrical storm was no fault of our company. We do everything we can to make the customers happy, if the parts had failed due to a defect or something we did wrong, there would not have been any added charges."
"We sincerely apologize, there is no excuse for this to have happened and the only thing we can do is apologize."
"Thank you, we appreciate your support and your business"
