Top-notch Carpentry and Construction llc

Yesterday we had a Large composite deck finished by the Top Notch team! We are located in Bedford New Hampshire. We heard many horror stories from contractors but our experience was the opposite! From start to finish they communicated, performed , and do high quality work. The husband and I couldn't be happier! Dylan and Charlie came out to quote , informed us of everything we needed to know to be comfortable . The installation crew was timely and professional! Never in their phones and always willing to work with us . The site was clean all day everyday and the workers were respectful! I couldn't recommend the top notch team any more than I do for a deck in Souther New Hampshire!

We had them out to replace our siding and build a deck. They just finished the siding three days after the quote! They walked me through every step of the process. They had the best price/ warranty by far of all the quotes I received. I included some pictures of the siding they did in Nashua. I'll add some pictures of the composite deck they're doing next month!

I want to make a shoutout to the guys over at Summit Landscaping. They did a great job on our outdoor patio. (sorry for the boring pictures and lack of staging!) The team is great to work with, responsive, skilled and flexible. They installed everything, patio, kitchen, countertop, gas fire pit and pergola. They had recommendations, adding to my design ideas. They worked in tandem with my gas contractor for the firepit, and had their own electrician recommended. We are allready making plans for more stone ;D .

At Summit Landscape and Construction, Evan and Dylan were both great to work with and they created a beautiful walkway and driveway for us. I would highly recommend them and their work was outstanding. They gave us tremendous curb appeal for my ranch style home.

Great company to work with! We had to have an old deck taken down before the patio was put in and they took care of the demo along with the removal of the wood which was a huge help. The whole process was very quick (only a few days) for a 15 by 20 patio but great quality! The guys clearly know what they are doing. Our neighbors even commented on how quiet and efficient the men were which was a plus! Would 100% recommend.
