Once the generator was delivered to our home, they got to work on the install and completed it very quickly and with no issue.

Description of Work: Quick response and was able to get right out and do the work. I thought the cost of the repairs were very reasonable and appreciated being told that the issues were not as extensive as I thought....appreciated the honesty! Had to probe for the tech for feedback on the work after he was done...he just wanted his check and to move on....understandable I guess. Would use them again!!

+ -1 moreThe electrician should ahve noticed the light was controlled from two locations. He never checked to see if it would work from teh downstairs. I didnt discover it until later. Always check the work done before you pay them.
Description of Work: Hired them to change out a switch that controls a hallway light. I used to be able to turn the light on from downstairs or upstairs. now it only works from the upstairs. I need to hire someone else now and get the switch reinstalled so it can operate from both locations.

+ -1 moreI called Norm Therrien, the Electrician, based upon good reviews in Angie's List. He responded to my call immediately and within a half hour he was at my home. He was able to diagnose the problem and remedy it within an hour. Considering how difficult it was to ffind the the problem, he performed very well. His hourly rate was most acceptable and we were very pleased with his service. I highly recommend this company for any type of electrical work. Dave in Bedford, NH
Description of Work: We lost power to a number of outlets in our garage leaving us unable to operate the garage door opener plus several other appliances. Norm Therrien went through a number of procedures to eliminate potential problem areas and was able to finally locate and repair connections which were corroded and causing the problem. He also made some changes to other faulty wiring with little extra charge to me.

+ -1 moreWe've had Norm do work for us before. We have an older house, and he's always done a good job working around our older wiring and upgrading when needed. He did an excellent job, and made sure that it was done right. We're going to be building an addition and adding a backup generator, and will definitely ask him to do the electrical work.
Description of Work: Norm replaced two ancient outside lights for us. The old fixtures were constantly shorting out.
