I purchased and paid for this product back in January. Finally a few weeks ago received a notice from them that it had shipped, much to my excitement. Unfortunately a few days later they told me it had been delivered when in fact it had not (and I have the security camera footage to prove it)! I've since contacted customer service many times and always receive the same response -- we have to wait for an investigation to be completed before further action. They cannot give a timeframe, will not send a replacement, will not issue a refund. At this point I'm afraid I'll have to take legal action just to get my money back. Absolutely do not trust this company.

Response from SpotOn Fence
We are aware of a lost package that was marked as delivered to the customer but was not received by him, and an investigation was opened with our mutual partner UPS on May 11th. In discussions with UPS, they indicate the investigations can vary in length but typically take no more than 10 business days. At the end of those 10 business days (May 25th), if the package has not been found and delivered to the customer, we will be contacted by UPS and will be ready to ship a new product directly to the customer. While an unfortunate event, this is a standard process UPS must complete for all insured packages within their care, and we will continue to work with our partners to ensure those processes are complete. We have offered to extend the free tracking period for this customer. We can certainly understand his frustration with being further delayed from receiving his product through no fault of his own as we wait for our mutual partner to complete the investigation.
