Description of Work: We needed to have a pane of glass replaced in the side window of our bay window. I looked on Angie's to find someone to try. I e-mailed Queen City Glass and Mirror and Bill Aubin got back to me that afternoon to ask what I needed. I let him know and we set up an appointment within a few days. His person was a bit late on getting to us, and when I called Bill drove to the house himself to look at the job. He took the measurements and gave us an estimate. He let me know when the glass was in and my husband took the window over and they fixed it right then. It was for the price he had quoted up. All together it took us about a week and a half (he had to order the glass special), part of which was due to our scheduling issues.

+ -1 moreOne of my pictures fell off the wall and the glass shattered. I took it into Queen City Glass to have the glass replaced. They replaced it on the spot even though it was 10 minutes from closing time. They noticed that the frame had been bent in the fall, and offerred to fix it for me (no charge) if I left it with them until the next day. When I returned the next day, they had it ready, as promised. That's what I call service!
Description of Work: Replace the glass in a picture frame.
