I hired Jacob last year, he was outstanding. This year I called on a Thursday, I was snowed in. He said he'd be there that day but never came. I called Friday, he promised to come out. Never came. Been trying to reach him for 48 hours and just get his voice mail (but box is full can't leave a message). He's not taking my calls and hasn't called me back to let me know if there's a problem. They did exceptional work for me the entire last winter and were swift and expedient, but this year, they're just no showing on two appointments and not returning calls. I'd just like professional service like they were last year.

My husband worked with Jason, he stated he was a bright young man, whom followed his fathers footsteps. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We will hire him to do more work in the future, after the snow. We have also talked to our neighbors whom may used him as well.

Jacob reached out after my Home Advisor inquiry about a compost delivery immediately, gave a detailed description of the mixing process and quality of the soil and coordinated a delivery within a few days. We'll consider Quality Landscaping for other landscaping needs in the future!

He did exactly what was requested, and came after the storm so all of the snow from the driveway and around the mail box was plowed. Great job!

Removed snow from roof and garage. Pleased with their work.

They did a great job, cleaned up the area from the removal of all the snow we had on the roof. Treated my home as theirs. Would highly recommend and will hire them again.
