We had a large hornet's nest high up in a tree that was pretty daunting to reach given it's height and the fact that it was dangling over our neighbor's yard. Despite the challenge, he gamely climbed our neighbor's garage roof and used an extension pole to take care of the nest. He was very careful to knock it into our yard and he picked up the nest and even climbed the ladder one more time to spray the remains of the nest so the hornets wouldn't come back. What really impressed me was his attitude when faced with what I thought was a pretty tough task and his rapport with both me and my neighbors who were watching with interest! Also he knows A LOT about hornets. It was really interesting. He's a gem, I'd sure have him back for future work. Thank you!"

They did an excellent job, and we subsequently retained them for annual maintenance. Recently (May 2023), however, when we asked them to help us redesign a portion of our back yard, they hesitated but then finally provided a proposal, which we accepted. Less than a week later, without explanation, we were contacted and told they would not be doing the job and our annual lawn service would be discontinued. Despite several attempts, no further communication or explanation was provided. We don't know if the business is now defunct or if they simply decided they no longer wanted our business. We would have been ok with any reasonable explanation, but the lack of communication is highly unprofessional and frustrating as we now need to find an alternative service provider mid-way through the lawncare season. Contract this company at your own risk."

Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."
