Very well. Showed up early for outside inspection and when I arrived he already had information for me. His report was thorough and everything mentioned on site. A lot of detail in the report with Icons letting you know if it was something you should have fixed right away or something to look into for down the road. I was very happy with the service and the price was fair. I'd say mid- range in price.

Dan was very responsive and came out quickly. He was thorough on the inspection. However, the inspection report was incomplete and inaccurate. Several findings were not addressed in the report and I had him send a revision. I also found a template type response that did not belong in the report which had to be removed. I would not recommend him.

It was excellent. He was on time. He was extremely thorough. He was very easy to ask questions and get answers from. I would recommend him to everybody.

Dan was FANTASTIC! From our 1st conversation I could tell Dan was extremely experienced. He was professional, on time, and a great communicator. He did an extremely thorough inspection and found a bunch of things we never would have seen - a few of which were health or safety hazards. His report was extremely well done, detailed and clear and contained excellent photos. In all a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend Dan and Millyard Inspection!

Dan Lombardi was incredible and we highly recommend him! Dan was knowledgeable, calm, accommodating, a wealth of information and personable. We had a very complex piece of property with 4 structures (3 over 50 years old and one newer). He was able to complete all 4 units and coordinated a septic inspection timely and yield the information necessary to understand the purchase we were considering.
