Dan was very accommodating to inspect our home on a Sunday due to Seller's brokers booked Saturday schedule so buyers and parents could be there. He was professional, answered all our questions, crawled up in the attic and took sample of mold caused by exhaust fan and recommended paying extra for quick turnaround to get mold results to meet inspection deadline. I would highly recommend Millyard Home Inspection to anyone wanted a knowledgable professional home inspection. His report came back quickly, lots of pictures with keycodes of safety, major defects, repairs/replace, repair/maintain, minor defects, maintain, evaluate, monitor and comments for each item of interest.

He was prompt in providing an immediate report of the property, and sent along additional test results as they came in.
