+ -1 moreI've been using LaChance for 18+ years and the last two have been challenging. I had them install a new kick heater this summer and the technician did not test since it was a hot day. I agreed. Come September and my boiler won't click on. They cannot come for 4 days. It's probably a simple fix which would have been caught if it was tested.

Description of Work: Installed new natural gas furnace. Excellent workers. They removed the old furnace and the oil tank. One day for installation and a half day to remove the oil tank. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: My central air unit was frozen. They unfroze the unit and cleaned it for us. We hadn't had our AC serviced for a few years and we were very happy with the service and professionalism of the staff from the receptionist who first handled my call down to the two servicemen who came to do the repair. |

Description of Work: Installed a gas line to the kitchen to accommodate a new stove. Work was fast and efficient and the men were very professional and pleasant. We will certainly be contacting LaChance Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future. We were also given an estimate for installation of air conditioning which was very reasonable.

Description of Work: I wanted to replace oil boiler. Oil prices are high and getting higher. Had national grid put in gas line from street. National Grid has preferred installers they recommend. We got a quote from their first preferred installer and were not satisfied with their quote and what work they would perform. The second preferred installer was LaChance Plumbing and heating. Bill LaChance came out himself and looked over the property. He was very professional and thorough, and answered all our questions. He specified a price and all the work that would be done including removing old oil tank. The crew he sent over to do the install were very efficient and professional. They worked two long days nonstop. Their craftsmanship was fantastic !! I am very happy with the price and quality of their work. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing, heating, and AC requirements. Highly recommended !!

+ -1 moreThey are okay. Their prices aren’t very competitive. Their quality depends on the people who come out. They sent out a few good guys, but the others weren’t great. So, I decided to go with somebody else.
Description of Work: I have used Lachance Plumbing & Heating. The last time they did work for me was about a year ago. They installed a heater for me.

+ -1 moreThe owner came out and quoted the job. They were able to make all the changes he talked about within the quote. When the people came in to do it they were very professional. The work they did was great. I liked them enough that I had them come back and install a security box in the house. They did an excellent job on that, too.
