Jason arrived on time and ready to work. I explained what I wanted done and we discussed possible problems we might run into. Sure enough the living room lights had to be changed due to the ceiling framing. We talked it over and came up with a solution that worked very well. Jason finished everything in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the work he did. Also, when I first called to arrange an appointment, the owner Steve was very professional and courteous on the phone, and I was able to get a rough estimate on what it might cost me (unlike another company I had called). Steve also called about an hour before our appointment to let me know when to expect Jason.

The experience could not have been better. Steve Moore came out, gave me an estimate to wire a generator in, and wound up doing it the next day- before a snowstorm- for about half as much as we thought. during his consultation the previous day, Steve helped me discover that there was a diffferent way of doing things involving an old hot tub hookup from a prior owner. The whole experience was great. Prompt service, great execution, and very customer friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Not much to tell, good company, on time, met their promises...

After getting no response after leaving a message with another contractor, perhaps because the job was too small, called Steve, and he was able to make an appointment that day (although he said that was somewhat unusual). He arrived promptly, made the replacement using switches I had bought, and recaulked neatly. The cost was as quoted (the minimum charge for a service call) minus the Angie's list coupon. I was very pleased with Steve's response and his professionalism.

We are remodeling a house in Keene that has some very old fixtures. We needed to replace them and had been looking around for a while. We shopped online after seeing a few of the products in one of their showrooms. This company delivered high quality lights and sconces exactly as expected in very short timeline (yes we paid extra for expedited shipping but it was well worth it). The staff provided direction in which companies offered the best product and the best value. We really appreciated them taking the initiative to contact our Electrical Contractor when the order arrived so delivery could happen seamlessly. This organization is top notch.. I will do business with them again for sure.

I called Steve at his listed number and he answered right away. I told him I needed some fixtures installed and troubleshooting of some outlets. He said he'd have some of his guys right away and we agreed on four days hence at 0830. They showed up exactly at 0830, introduced themselves as Rob and Ian, and started asking all the pertinent questions to get the numerous small items completed. They were very professional and had completed everything within five hours. They had correctly diagnosed a failed garage freezer motor that I had thought to be a bad outlet and found a shorted outside receptacle box which they replaced. The fixture installations looked first rate and definitely "to code". They probably weren't the cheapest guys I could have got, but they certainly were some of the most professional and trustworthy folks. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for simple or challenging jobs.
