+ -1 moreNothing more to report here. There was no work to perform. This question should be skipped since I answered NO to the question "Did the company perform services.
Description of Work: pI called Glenn's Appliances to ask their opinion of the range of problems associated with a counter top microwave that abruptly stopped working. Their response was that counter units generally are not cost effectove to repair. I decided to take my unit to the dump.

+ -1 moreGreat experience from start to finish. I called Glenn's and described my problem with my oven. The rep was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. He asked a few questions and then checked that he had the parts he thought were needed. He did and I had an appointment the next morning for with a 3hr window. The technician called 20 before he expected to arrive and arrived on time. He replaced the bake element and was done in 1/2 hr. Visit and per/hr charges were exactly as quoted. And my oven works! I am very happy.
