Garon-Teed Roofing

Mark Garon is great! He came right out when he said he would and got it taken care of. He's now my go-to guy for roof and chimney issues!

'Everything went fine. Garon-teed arrived when they were scheduled ,they did their business,they asked if I had questions,cleaned everything up. Marc, the owner, asked if I was happy with what was done. I was and I paid him. Now one month later everything is still fine.We have had snow,rain and other storms,with no problems. Garon-teed will be finishing my roof next year.

Work was performed quickly and professionally. Even though the area in front of our porch was landscaped, only one plant was slightly damaged by a misplaced ladder or boot, which was totally understandable given the area they needed to work in. Although I don't expect to need to use a roofer again while in this house, I would recommend Mark and his crew to anyone.

It was an excellent experience. They arrived early and got right to work. this roof is big and there were 10 men tearing away, hauling of and cleaning up as the job progressed. The shingled part of the job was completed in nine hours. You can see photos at www.blogmyreno.com.

We had no problems at. We got 4 prices and right from the time I met Mark I had a good feeling. First off the fact that he actually went on the roof was a plus he was the only one that did that. The day they started his workers were all very professional and very organized, you could tell they new what they were doing. We were very happy and would hire him again hopefully we don't have to. We will put his name out there to our friends.

On the first day, they showed up early with a large crew and were done roofing a quarter of the roof by late morning. They stopped at that point due to strong storms moving in during the afternoon. After a couple more days of strong storms (no leaks :)), they came back early in the morning and completed the total job the next day. Communication from Mark was excellent during the whole process and the entire crew did a fantastic job and left my property totally clean.

After getting two other quotes Mark's quote was providing the same services for what I believe to be a very fair price. The shingles are a quality architectural shingle. Once I asked Mark to do the job he was there on the date selected and the job went smooth with no surprises or extras. Overall I was very pleased with the results. I would recommend Garon Teed Roofing to friends and family.

Mark showed up the day after I called. He gave me an estimate for the whole project including replacing gutters, soffits and facia boards. He was professional and punctual and honest on what we needed. When he and his crew showed up they were a great group of guys that were pleasant and efficient. I added a couple of projects and they took them in stride with no issue. Will gladly hire them again to do the rest of my roof when it is needed.

Overall a great experience with Garon-Teed Roofing. First, I liked the fact that he didn't ask for any payment upfront. This tells me that he was confident in his work and he has a good credit line in order to purchase the materials. I have heard so many horror stories of guys taking half up front and never showing up. The other thing I liked was the fact that Mark was incredibly responsive to phone calls and emails. My first call I left Mark a voicemail and even though he was on the beach in the Caribbean, he called me back quickly. I also had lots of questions that I sent via email and he responded usually within an hour or less. The overall job was done as promised. It took approximately 2 days. I didn't watch them do the work, but when I showed up to inspect the job everything looked great. The roof looks great and the yard was clear of debris. I would highly recommend Garon-Teed to anyone looking for a roof. Mark is highly reputable and knows how to run a business.

Mark from Garon-teed Roofing did an excellent job. He showed up on time and and was very professional. They were delayed on another job, due to weather, but remained in contact with me the entire time, which was a nice change from the average contractor who just doesn't show up. On the day of the job, his crew was also on time and very professional. They preformed the work as advertised, used clean language and did a very nice job cleaning up the yard before they left. Overall I am very happy with the job.

Mark determined the best plan to solve the problem. He was here quickly to fix the problem. Mother Nature did not cooperate so he could not finish that day. He called right away to let me know. We made a schedule for completion. He came back and finished the job. His work is so neat. You can't even tell he disturbed the ridge line to replace the entire vent. If you look really close you can see he put a quality product in place of the old non working ridge vent, but I was using binoculars! Mark is the guy you want working on your roof!

These guys are great. They were on my roof within 30 minutes of my call, provided an instant competitive quote, and completed the work on time and within budget. I would highly recommend this company.

Couldn't be happier. I found Mr. Garon through Angies list after trying to find a decent roofer on my own, and once I chose him from the list, he called me back within 15 minutes to arrange an inspection of our issues. Quote was received the same day. Aside from a few nails and torn shingles around the property, they picked up everything by laying out tarps around the perimeter to catch the old roof that was completely removed. They were on time every day, they worked hard, finished promptly, were polite, courteous, and professional. My wife was a little disappointed that her garden area got a little trodden on, due to it's location right next to the house, but I really don't see how we could have avoided it. Mark (Garon) even called to offer to apply some tarps to the leaking areas to tide us over until he could have the guys replace our roof for free! Overall, excellent company that I will call on when my other roofs start leaking!!!

They arrived on time on the day they said they would start. Protected the house and property while removing the old shingles. Job was done in three days as told, clean up around the grounds was complete and roof looks very good. Went around the house with the owner to check it out and was assured that all the work was done properly. It was a pleasure working with him and his crew and would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Mark was good to deal with. My wife was here when they were working and they treated her with respect and answered any questions she may of had.

Mark Garon and crew were totally professional!. They showed up on time and did a very complete and professional job. The jobsite was cleaned at the end of every day with all debris going in a construction dumpster that they had delivered the day before the start of the job. I was provided with a detailed estimate when promised and the job was started and finished in the time specified with a couple of days added in because of weather. Mark priced the jobs and partially because of his reputation on Angie's list we chose him for two roofs on apartment buildings. Mark was easy to contact, was at the site being sure that everything was done properly. His crews worked in 95 degree weather and worked from 7:30 to early evening to get the roof on both buildings done in two days. I spent several hours with Mark at the site on the first day and asked many questions regarding how the roof was to be done. He patiently took the time and answered all my questions. As the jobs progressed, I was very comfortable and confident with Mark and strongly felt that we had picked a great roofer. Thank you Mark and thank you to Angie's List for directing us to Mark. One of our tenants e-mailed me within hours of the completed work and told me that he was impressed with the work, but especially the clean up after the job. 7

We noticed our roof was leaking and we called mark to patch it knowing it would need to be replaced. Mark was very responsive and came out right away. He showed up on time and took care of the leak. We then asked for a quote to replace the roof and got the estimate by email a couple hours later. Knowing we really needed the roof done quickly mark offered to juggle a few things and come out by the end of the week to do the job, so we went with him. It was a great choice! He kept us informed and anytime I had questions he emailed me back very quickly ( I'm a female we don't like to wait so a quick response is always a good thing :) . It took 2 days for the job to be completed and the roof looks great! They cleaned up all the mess, even raking to get up any nails. Overall I would recommend this company!

A good experience. He arrived on time for the estimate. Neat workmanship, they left no messes. Started work when he said he would and finished the job when he said he would. Returned all phone calls in a timely manner and was very helpful. Price was competitive and didn't break the bank (our roof had a lot of peaks and valleys). Called Garon-Teed to have him look at small leak in roof. Mr. Garon scheduled a time to come look at problem. Once he determined that the job was small and could be fixed quickly he offered to repair it immediately. Job was done in a timely fashion and at what I would consider an average cost based on the time and parts used for the job.
