Fish Window Cleaning

They never got back to me with an estimate. Would never call them again.

I called them but they never called back. I called them again on Thursday morning, but no one has gotten back with me.

We have used Fish Window Cleaners (Manchester) for 5 years and have had no issues until this year. This year started off well, they arrived on time and started working. I had misjudged the amount of time they were going to need (based on previous experiences when more people came, thus needing less time), so I had to leave for work allowing the team to finish the exterior work after I left. I returned to find that several of the exterior windows had not been washed, or if they had been washed, they weren't rinsed and soap spots remained. The next day, the grill for one of our large palladian windows crashed to the floor, breaking apart. It had not been reinstalled properly after the window was washed. Additionallly, while the screens had been washed, the frames were filthy. I washed these myself as I wanted to get them back in the windows. I called the Fish Manchester office to report the situation and was advised that they would be out at the end of the week to finish cleaning the windows and see what they could do about the grill. They didn't show up. I called again, same promise. This went on for most of the summer. Joe Micele finally came out and picked up the grill - he promised to try to fix it, but if he was unsuccessful, he promised to replace it. That was the last we heard from them. We have left numerous messages and haven't even received the courtesy of a response. So, we finally purchased a ladder to finish cleaning the windows ourselves. We ordered a new window grill ($450) to replace the one that Joe has not fixed or returned. After being a regular customer, spending over $500/yr for the past 5 years, I was disappointed and surprised to be treated in this manner.
