phone repair
 + -1 morevery poor customer service, I received an e-mail for 20% off a $150 dollar gift card, when I clicked the link it charged me the full price. They said that the promotion was over when I clicked it, Two days after I had received it. It didn't say that the promotion had expired and when I tried to return the gift card they refused, so I was forced to dispute it with my credit card. I would not recommend this business to anyone, you can get them repaired cheaper at the mall and with better customer service

 + -1 moreSo, his ad says: "Services Offered WE REPAIR TODAY'S APPLE DEVICES. INCLUDING IPHONES, IPADS, IPODS, MACBOOKS, GAME CONSOLES, LAPTOP COMPUTERS, DESKTOP COMPUTERS, SMALL DEVICES. WE ARE THE BEST IN THE AREA AND ALWAYS OFFER SAME DAY REPAIR SERVICES." I dropped by iPad off on December 10th and was quoted $65 to get it fixed. The lightning cable broke off in the charging port. then, 18 days later, I get a text saying it needs to be micro soldered and now was going to be $40 more than they quoted me even though the issue was still the same.

Description of Work: Replaced screens on two different iPhone models. Repairs quickly made on site. Subsequently had troubles with one phone but as I was out of the country for more than a month I could not get the phone back to them in a timely manner. I showed up 6+ weeks after the repair; owner-operator immediately and without hesitation replace the screen at no additional cost to me. Both phone working great. I will go back to this guy and recomend him to anyone.
