The work was done 2 months ago, so I feel comfortable with not only describing how I perceived the work was done, but also better judge the quality of the delivered product. The team worked diligently and thoughtfully. They had the attention to detail and made sure that the most critical aspect of the work is paid attention to: protection from water on the outside - also of the trims. That work was done with great care. Insulation was well placed, the windows very well leveled out. They close perfectly. One window was initially not perfectly closing, although very well leveled out. The company followed up immediately, came back and fixed this issue: one side of the window had a bit too much insulation between frame and wall. This slightly curved the right side of the window frame. They removed some of that insulation and the problem was solved. All team members very friendly and took the time to answer my questions and explain things. This work was done and to the standards I'm mostly used to from living in Germany. I'm glad whenever I see this kind of quality. Custom Projects is one of the companies I highly recommend.

Very smooth. Workers showed up on time and they were very courteous. Work was completed in a timely manner and everything was spotless when they left.

Outstanding. They took great care both inside and outside. The installation is top notch. I have never had a scenario where i did not need to make a single comment . They trained us on how to open the tilt in windows afterwards. They cleaned up the place so that it looked better than when they came in. Excellent contractor

Last year I contacted several contractors to have some vinyl siding & repair work done on a porch. I could not even get one contractor to come and look at my porch. I contacted Custom Projects and spoke with owner Dimitri Novak and was very impressed not only with how soon he returned my call but was at my doorstep to discuss what I wanted. I was extremely pleased with the workmanship done by Custom Projects Inc. Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Once they started on the project they just kept going until the job was done. Once again I can't tell you enough how pleased I was with how all employees including the owner dedicated themselves to completing the job. I would definitely hire or recommend this business again for any siding job that I need. I wish that I had taken a before an after of the project to show you the difference. This was such a great experience. Yuri, Dimitry and everyone who worked on my house for this project were extremely professional, neat, and friendly. They cleaned up at the end of each day so that I hardly knew that they were even there that day. I’m pretty sure they left my house cleaner than when they first arrived. Thank you for all of your hard work. I love my new windows.

They took out the old window and didn't leave any mess behind. They insulated around the window, did the metal flashing outside and cocked around the window inside and outside. They continuously checked the window during installation to make sure the window was level. These guys did a great job.

Went very well, as always they did a great job. This is the second job they have done for us. Very satisfied.

They were great! Here early, took their time and did it right! My previous front door wasn’t put on correctly causing leaks, they fixed the wood that was damaged for me. Made sure that everything was cleaned up and looking good before they left. Very nice and professional!

These guys were the best! My experience hiring contractors is less than good. They almost never do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. They also usually come with an attitude. However, these guys were the complete opposite. I called on a Saturday evening around 7. They actually answered and asked for some pictures. I sent those over and they quoted a price saying they could do it Monday morning. They showed up exactly on time, let me know how long it would take, were super polite and just helpful. At one point I had to move my wife’s car out of the garage so she could go to work which I forgot to mention initially. I did not even have to ask they just came down off the ladder and moved their truck. They then finished when they said they would. I paid them and they left. It was how this should work every time. I would not hesitate to hire these guys again as they were just so easy to work with. Super pleased!

Great. Dimitry was very courteous and did a fine job replacing two sliding windows with Awning windows. Looks great inside and out. Cleaned up after.

Dimitri and his crew were great! There was extensive damage due to water damage that had to be replaced by our condo association. Dimitri and his crew were courteous and pleasant for the entertainment re job.

Job went very well. They did great work, were respectful of our property and cleaned up everything. We're very satisfied and would hire again and would refer to anyone.

They arrived early and finished installing three double hung windows in 2 1/2 hours! They worked on drop cloths and vacuumed afterwards. Nothing left to do but enjoy.
