We bought an old house and needed all of the locks changed on about 3 or 4 doors. When they arrived, they realized the locks were so old they couldn't even rekey them so had to install entirely new locksets. Ended up being more expensive than we'd expected but the project was finished quickly after they had to go out and actually get the new locksets, and even rekeyed a coded lock for us to install on a door we'd have installed in the future.

I spoke to Justin Himes on that night and he made an appointment with me to come first thing on Saturday morning to ensure he would get the work done and that I would not be late to my job. Justin arrived as scheduled. He was professional and courteous. Took care of my problem and gave me peace of mind. I would have no doubt as to calling him again when the need arises.
Description of Work: My lock broke in my front door and the door would not open. I had to call a locksmith and found Countryside off of Angie's list. I read the reviews people had posted and felt this was the place to call.

He was very responsive to my initial inquiries (via Angie's List messaging) and gave me an accurate quote right away. After checking with another local locksmith (I had to go to the showroom and left with a quote twice what Justin had quoted), I emailed to schedule an installation. Justin got back to me right away and said he could do it the next morning. He was right on time and offered to also rekey the existing latch for just $20. Justin made the whole process quick and easy.
