+ -1 moreWe cannot recommend Leo enough! We hired him to install vinyl plank in the entire second floor of our home, as well as replace a carpeted staircase with hardwood. Leo’s price was incredibly reasonable, and his work is truly outstanding! Leo is a one man shop, but completed all of our flooring projects efficiently. He communicated with us every step of the way, and explained all of the choices we could make along the way. We would not hesitate to hire Leo in the future, and sincerely recommend him!

We discussed the job and he communicated that he would be happy to do the job but was not available until November, which I anticipated. Leo then encouraged me to attempt it myself. After some recommendations from Leo I felt confident to move forward. Leo was pleasant, professional, and HONEST! I appreciate him taking the time just to call back and help me along. Great guy...I am happy to recommend his company.

He went “the extra mile” to deal with a difficult sill, making sure that it was solid and good looking, when some other installers might have just covered it up. He didn’t charge me any extra for this, either. I would definitely hire him again, and recommend him to friends.

+ -1 moreVery well. Leo came and measured everything promptly. We wanted to reduce cost as possible and Leo guided me on breakdown of cost, and how to do the tear-down by ourselves. Set up everything through a better quality and cheaper vendor for the materials. Instructed and answered questions through before the install. Then came and completed the work perfectly and quickly.

Just FYI his estimates include the waste needed for installation so don't let the place you are purchasing flooring from talk you into adding 5% more product for waste.

+ 0 moreLeo quoted 2-days but it only took 1, he was very precise, thorough, knowledgable, kind, and very fair. I would highly recommend him for any flooring job.
Description of Work: I had a 350sqft front entrance that flowed into the living where I wanted wood flooring. There was already a sub floor as well as an older wood floor which I did not want to pay to get ripped up. Leo did all the legwork by calling the new floors manufacturer and getting the information on whether or not it could be installed on top of the old floor. The answer was yes. Leo broke everything down for me and only charged me for the work that was performed. I called a bunch of places and the answers I got from my questions were either a yes or no-from Leo he asked lots of questioned to make sure we both were on the same page.

+ -1 moreThe floor came out beautifully; Leo was very communicative with me and the flooring provider, and accommodating of a couple last minute changes (*I knocked down a wall between 2 rooms and needed the flooring to be contiguous). I was a little surprised (and confused) about Leo's wife being present for both days of the job, mainly (from what I observed) because she didn't do anything. Regardless, the floors look great and I'm a happy client! :)

It's been my experience that contractors tend to get back to you at their convenience, not the case with Leo, he can be reached with a simple phone call or email which helps in keeping the project timely and reduces stress.
