The company was a little slow to schedule the work. Calls to the office did not garner a response. I found the email address of the owner and emailed him to ask what was going on. I had a return call from him that day, met with the project manager that week and had the work scheduled for 2 weeks after that. The crew was on time everyday worked hard and got the job done. The repair work was well done, the roof was put on well. We've had lots of rain and 2 major rain events since the new roof has been put on and not one single leak. Josh, the owner, came out to inspect the work personally after it was done. I mentioned a couple of cosmetic issues with the roof and a crew was there the next day fixing it up.

They did a good job protecting my house before they started stripping the old roof. They put new plywood down and did a good job installing the roof.when they finished they did an excellent job picking up their mess and even came back the next day to finished cleaning up and raked the area after everything was picked up. They were very professional and polite.

Installer did a very effiecent job. The owner and office staff was easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. I would definately use them again for other home improvements. Attention to detail was good. Only one complaint was he didn't do a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. I had to pull out the vacuum and my husband found screws in the driveway. Great company to work with.

The sales guy was kind of funny. He was very old traditional car salesman type. They were fine to deal with. I would use them again if I needed to.

They did better than my expectations. There were 8 men and everybody took a side and they got it done because the first snowstorm was coming. They took off the old siding, put up foam insulation and then put the new siding on. It just made all the difference in the world. It stayed so much warmer. It is wonderful. And, it looks even better because they changed all the colors and everything. If there was ever a need, I would definitely call them. They were wonderful.

The salesman did an excellent job showing us their unique sure nail technology. It was clear to see they had a great product. They did the installation within 3 weeks and completed it in 1 day. They had 8 professional guys that protected our home and driveway and cleaned up everything once they were done. We got a great promotional financing deal and we don't have to make any payments for a year. The cost was a little more than we wanted to spend, but well worth it for our new roof. Would highly recommend and they kept all their promises!

The guy came out and did his little spill and didn't push anything at all. He wasn't a big salesman and convinced me that this was something that would be good for my gutters. I saw him at a little kiosk at one of the major stores and told him that I was interested in learning about it, so he told me that he would come out and look at my home and give me an estimate. He did his thing and I picked a color and then they came out. My downstairs tenant is a contractor and he watched them do it and told me that they did a great job and were very professional. They screwed the gutter covers in very well even though the roof was a problem for them. They were wonderful. These guys did their job and were also exceedingly personable.

After repeated attempts to contact the company via phone, no one has returned any of my phones calls. I am very frustrated with the customer service of the company. I signed a contract with Clear Choice Home Improvements for installation of gutters and 2 doors. After submiting my deposit, I never heard from the company. I made repeated attempts to contact them and someone finally returned my calls after about 3 weeks. In mid December the gutters were installed, but they had ordered the wrong color down spouts. The installer said he would be back in 2 days to put them in. They never drilled holes in the gutters during the installation. They took my old downspouts with them. The installer did not come back in 2 days and I had to call the company multiple times to get them to return my call. In the interim period there was a heavy rain and the gutters were full of water and the weather was expected to drop. It was only after I raised concerns about serious damage if the gutters pulled away from the house and caused damage to the facia boards that they came out to install the down spouts. The installer was very good and we were satisfied with the ultimate end product. With respect to the doors. A gentleman came to measure for the doors in mid December, but we have not heard anything since then. I was told the doors would take two weeks to be in. Its been over 6 weeks. The only person who I was able to get in contact at the company was a sales person who has since left the company. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company. No one answers the phone or returns a message. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I would not recommend this company!

Still not satisfied they will be back to change all hardware, chips in paint, seal around that has come off already hopefully change paint color and the inside of doors were never painter I had to call BJ'S werehouse costomer service were they had someone selling the companys product

We attended the Concord Home Show, and met a representative of this company. The product looked good, so we arranged for a representative to come to our home and give us an estimate. They called the day before the appointment to confirm it. On the day of the appointment, the estimator called about 10 minutes before our appointment to say he would be a little late because his prior appointment had run long. He called an hour later stating that he was in the area but couldn't find our house. He was on the wrong road. When he arrived, he was over an hour late. There was no apology for being late, and he went to work looking at our situation. He seemed to know his products, but had no people skills. He started "selling us" like the stereotypical used car salesman. In spite of being told we wanted to look over his estimate, he continued "selling us", until we asked him to leave. The company has called and informed us that they are instituting special in-house training, and offerd us an additional substantial discount. However, the encounter left such a bad taste in our mouths, that we refused. We are now looking at another company even though the estimate is much higher.

Had gutters installed with them about 3 -4 years ago but developed problems with the leaf guards (design issue). The team was responsive in coming out to examine this issue and worked to get all guards replaced on the home, honoring their warranty commitment. We appreciated that kind of professionalism and values.
