The crew from Clear Choice was outstanding from start to finish! They were all professional and courteous while on the job. Their workmanship was outstanding! We had a couple of difficult situations for this install, and they came up with outstanding solutions to each issue! If you want a professional, hard-working crew who will deliver outstanding quality, then hire these gentlemen!

Start to finish the job was seemless, from the point of sale to the communication with the office, every moment of this job was perfect. The installerss are very professional. The quality is excellent. The bathroom looks beautiful! Wish that we had done this sooner!

The office was clear on when the guys would be available. They called when they were ready which was earlier than expected. We were not ready becuse of the weather made our driveway very unforgiving. From the quote process to the installation, this was a great experience. The product specialist spent time to explain the product choices so that I felt educated about what I was choosing for a new roof. I was amazed at how fast I went from accepting the quote to seeing a new roof on my house. Removal of old shingles to installation of a new roof all in one day and no mess left behind! I've already recommended this company to a friend.

I usually do not do reviews but in this case I felt I really should. My house was destroyed by burst pipes in 2017 and I am still trying to rebuild it. Along the way I found that having many contractors and repairs going at one time can be really frustrating. They tell you it will be done in a week and it takes a month. They tromp through you house without regard. Things get broken. Stolen. They leave a complete mess. It can be a nightmare. I recently decided to purchase windows from Clear Choice Home Improvements and was told the windows would not be in till early spring (April-May). That was fine with me but surprisingly I received a call last week that the windows were in and could be installed. I could not believe something was going to be done early. Then they showed up exactly when they said they would. Two young men. They treated my home with such respect. Cleaning their boots before they entered my home, laying down plastic, being careful not to make a mess or damage anything. They were professional, respectful and courteous. They answered all my questions. They cleaned up when everything was done. Aaron even got on his hands and knees and wiped down my floors and stairs to make sure there were no footprints. They installed 7 new windows in record time and stacked them neatly outside so my friend could pick up the old ones. These young men are excellent example of what a company should have working for them. I would recommend and will be recommending Clear Choice Home Improvements to all my family and friends. Clear Choice provided excellent customer service. The quote I received for the jobs was competitive with other quotes I received. Both crews were professional and polite. They answered all questions and did an outstanding job!

Contacted them regarding a leak and they sent someone to evaluate my overall roofing needs. They were very professional and knowledgeable about their products. They also pointed out areas of the house that were not in need of attention at this time which made the job affordable, but addressed all the pressing issues. I am now working with them on some siding issues and have had the same experience so far. They are very responsive to any new or old issues and in my case were able to come out in a few days. I feel like I always know where I stand . It is the best experience I have had with a home improvement company

On the day this “company” was scheduled to come, they insisted that both my boyfriend and myself be here which meant I had to take off work. About an hour before they were supposed to show up, they called and asked if it was ok if they come later because they were delayed. The message clearly stated that they would head in our direction if they did not hear from us and they would see us at 130. Then they called at 1245 to say that since they were not able to come because they had not heard back from us. I called back asking that they reconsider since I had already taken off work for TODAY! I was told that the person in charge was not available and that they were very sorry. No other attempt was made even though this was clearly their issue. I will certainly tell everyone I know how we were treated and about how unprofessional this place is. With so many choices, it seems unwise that a company would not even try to make the situation right. It cannot bode well for how their work will be done/fixed if there is a problem.

They came in and did a good job, Installed my roof in one day, the clean up was great, no issues at this point, I definitely recommend using Clear Choice!

Fabulous! Customer service was attentive, answered all my questions and helped me thru the financing process. Work crew was tireless, cordial, and fearless. Got a fairly complicated roof done in 2 1/2 days and it's beautiful. Great attention to detail.

It was one of the best services we have ever contracted. The customer service was great and installation was excellent! The installers were efficient, friendly and just flowed as they removed the old casement windows and put in the new ones. We were impressed that in the middle of January, our house never got below 63 degrees even though 12 windows were replaced (we had shut the heat off for the installation).

i signed a contract on December 4 and the job was completed on january 10th, which considering the NE weather, i thought was pretty good !!

We would highly recommended Clear Choice for a metal roof project. We had started this job with another company, once the project had started that company tried to charge us $7000.00 more. We fired that group, and found Clear Choice. What a difference! They have a great product and their installation crew was quick, neat and professional. When a problem popped up, they quickly addressed it, and made sure we were happy. Overall Clear Choice was very easy to work with, clear about the cost (no surprises), good product, and a great staff.

Easily the worst experience with any company providing a service. This website states "If you are remodeling your bathroom or replacing your shower or tub, go with the company that does it all from start to finish. Because the choice is clear when remodeling your bathroom. Clear Choice Bath.” What a bunch of bull. If you want someone to come in and do a bathroom remodel from beginning to end, these are not the people to ask. They don’t do plumbing but they’ll hook up their new stuff to your existing plumbing. We wanted to go from a single sink vanity to a double sink. Oops they don’t do that. We wanted a new light fixture over the longer vanity. Oops, they don’t do electrical. We wanted a new floor. Oops, they don’t do that. The last thing I wanted to do was serve as the General Contractor scheduling plumbers and electricians and floor installer. Guess how hard it is to just get a plumber to call you back. What a nightmare. We asked for a listing of the costs for material and labor. The only thing we got from the saleswoman was that the toilet and install was $1000. She wouldn’t give us an itemized bill. Oops they confessed eight weeks later that they don’t do that; we signed a contract. That’s the price, which was fine the day we signed the contract. Two days later we decided that the border included in the contract wouldn’t work so we called to have it removed. We were told by the saleswoman (Susan ???) that would take $1000 off the price. She never took it off the contract and despite telling our point of contact with Clear Choice Bath that it was removed several times; the installers still came prepared to install it. When push came to shove, Clear Choice Bath took $450 off the contract for something they were charging us $1000. Nice. It cost $1000 to install and you get back only $450 if you change your mind. Same thing for the toilet. $1000 to install and $650 to remove it from the contract. Clear Choice Bath delayed and delayed to the point that they had one day left in the twelve-week limit. Our current toilet crapped out (no pun intended) and we weren’t going to fix it because Clear Choice Bath was scheduled to install a new one in three days. They delayed and delayed again. We had to go out and buy our own toilet and pay a plumber to install it. We used these people because we had good luck with Clear Choice installing gutters on the house. I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know that they should stay away from this outfit. Bad News. I put these comments on their website where they were asking for testimonials. It never made it on the site. OH yeah. The salesperson told us that the shower door would go all the way to the ceiling so I wouldn't have to stoop to get in. The installed door was a standard five foot door that I could have bought at Home Depot for $500. In the end, they installed a step in shower with glass door for $12,000.
