I'm a return customer. They did our replacement windows a few years ago, and they just replaced our asphalt roofing shingles. They did a wonderful job. I was amazed and impressed with how quickly, and how well, they completed the job. I love my new roof.

I live in a 140-year-old home, which usually presents some unique challenges. My sales/PM Alan was knowledgeable and upfront with me regarding costs and what I could expect for my roof install, and worked with me to stay within my budget. Clear Choice was communicative throughout the process and handled everything from the permits to material supply and logistics. All I really had to do was pick the shingles. The work crew was on time and completed the project in two days, including clean-up. The dumpster was removed a couple of days later.

They were professional, came on time, and stayed until the job was done to my satisfaction. They cleaned everything up after.

The customer service that goes with a relatively expensive product was severely lacking. Had a bad feeling as soon as the contract was signed and they had my deposit. We didn't hear from them for a couple of weeks and we had to chase them down to find out that there was a problem that was holding up them ordering the material. We did not receive a phone call the day before installation, so we had to contact them to make sure that they were coming. Someone "high up" in the company actually answered the phone and relayed that he was disappointed in the customer service we had been receiving and acknowledged that wasn't the way they did business. However, he also said that he would call back after the shower was installed to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction - it's been 2 weeks and no call back. Installation went great - very polite and professional guys. Probably the only positive thing about this whole experience.

Clear Choice did an exceptional job replacing an old walk in shower in a very small bathroom. The sales rep, customer service rep and install team were all very professional, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I highly recommend Clear Choice for any home improvement needs.

Choosing Clear Chioce…. I found them rated high for the MRA, metal roofing alliance along with another local business for installation for metal roofing. After a second meeting with Greg, and the process to choose CC, an offer was made. Working with Ty for my onsite contact and Alexis just a phone call away, any onsite questions were taken care of in minutes. Any hurdle was jumped over with ease. People in the neighborhood stop to ask questions about my choosing a metal roof… a no brainer for me. I was a bit skeptical about hiring a company for this job as we have always done the work ourselves. This company kept their words about the project. i will also have this company install new gutters on the rear of the house with covers. The winter of 2023 will be a new first. No more shoveling the roof, no more ice dams. The installers for my metal roof, the best SJP Construction INC. The contracted crew of people I had working on my project were well in tuned. They were hard workers, putting in long hours with ease, no tempers. They worked extremely well together. They were on site at 7:30am to prep and started the project at 8am. I had a larger than normal project, they met it head on. Watching them work was like watching Cirque du Soleil. My project was listed for 4 days, they had it wrapped up in 2, WOW! There were a couple challenging moments with measuring the surround for our bathtub and fitting the vanity around our existing pipes, but both were handled with precision and excellence in one day. Out of the three quotes we had for this job, Clear Choice didn't go overboard on the slick sell and they had the most reasonable quote. We are so very happy with our updated bathroom! Installation team worked quickly and install came out beautiful. They walked the surround of property to make sure everything was cleaned up.

They did a wonderful job installing our gutter and leaf-lock gutter guards. They addressed our concerns appropriately, the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, the crew was professional, and our property wasn't left a mess. Their warranty matching the manufacturer's warranty is great as well.

From the person setting up appointments, to the salesperson, to the installers we were treated with professionalism and respect. They delivered our shower and installed it in one day. We are very happy with our new shower it looks great.

I had previously worked with Clear Choice to have gutters done, and they reached out to see if I needed any other work done since they had promotions for previous customers, and I needed to have my primary access door replaced. They had someone out the next day to review options. They were very knowledgeable, providing clear explanations about the types, costs and process that would go into an install, and allowing me to fine tune the design with their tools. My wife and I were able to confirm about the costs and though we could afford it up front, we opted to use the finance option to spread the cost over the next year, since there's no monthly minimums as long as it is paid by the end date. When the project was scheduled, a storm actually occurred that day, but the team was very clear about coming back the next available day, and kept in constant communication. They called the next morning, confirmed it would still work for my schedule, and were there on time and with everything ready to go. The construction went very smoothly, and they made sure to clean up the workspace fully when they were done. The door looks and feels great in the home, without any of the issues the old one had with not sealing properly or latching correctly, and their work on the doorframe is excellent.

Twelve hours from start to finish and I've got a life-changing walk-in shower...I've never been happier!
