Very professional, called before installation and went over what to expect, and asked if i had any questions. The installers, also went over everything, moved my furniture, and were very respectful. When they were finished, they asked for me to look over everything, inside and outside. They cleaned up very well. Very pleased, will use them again.

Where can I begin to list the positive aspects of our new roof and the job that was done by Clear Choice? We own an older house, built in 1948, with an addition done in 1991. From the initial assessment of the roof, I was impressed with the thoroughness of the examination performed, and the explanation of what needed to be done. I was encouraged to accompany Chad, the representative, up into our attic crawl space, where he pointed out how the effects of aging had taken their toll. The leaking, the heat loss, the condition of the original decking, coupled with the moss and lichen build-up on the exterior of our roof made me wonder how we could have waited this long. When the time came for the job itself, to our amazement, everything was accomplished in two days, which included replacement of all the decking on the old roof, flashing around skylights, chimneys, and vent pipes, and new architectural shingles on both roofs, sun room, and side shed. Upon completion, the thoroughness of the cleanup was unbelievable. All our shrubbery had been protected by drop cloths, all debris was removed, all nails picked up, and our driveway, deck and lawn were even cleaned with a leaf blower. Finally, the next day, a supervisor came by to check with us and inspect everything, and when I looked out the window he was walking around the whole house with a magnet making sure no nails remained. All in all, I cannot say enough about the entire process, from start to finish. I would recommend Clear Choice to anyone needing a new roof. William Parker, Nashua, NH

The job was done as scheduled and the crew worked tirelessly. Clean up after was impeccable. We could not be happier.

They did not show up when promised (7 times) and never called to let us know. They went back on promises or refunds of $1,500 and lied to us about a window they forgot to order saying it was at their warehouse the whole time until a call to the owner who laughed at us saying it was not even in yet. When we tried to hire another contractor to finish the work, they as well as 2 others notified us that they were installed incorrectly and there is water damage to our house. We had to take them to small claims court (and won) as we would not let them install the final window after so many lies and not paying us the refund. On top of this, they also submitted the no interest loan paperwork om the first day they showed up. So the work was not anywhere near complete when they were paid (against the loan company's policies).

They were very prompt in answering our request for a quote. They were very professional during the install process and cleanup. The customer service throughout the time the work was done through completion of the job and follow up afterwards was thorough

We were hesitant to take this step, but the two 6.5’ high windows in our den were so old it was no longer easy to see through them. The new windows make us feel like we’re outside, and the couch has been rotated to take full advantage. I’m happy I did not let my hesitation rule. Everything they promised was done well and quickly.
