We recently had our roof replaced by Clear Choice. We are very happy with the results! The crew arrived at 7:30 a.m. that morning (9/8/21) and completed the project by 5:30 that night. This included our 1200 square foot house, attached one car garage and roofing on a bay window and bulkhead. We had a good talk with Tyler that morning and discussed final details. He also returned later in the day to check on the progress. It only took the crew a few hours to remove two layers of old shingles. They were very professional and well organized. A dumpster was delivered to our driveway - part of the crew began their excellent clean-up in the early afternoon while the rest of the men worked on the roof. This was greatly appreciated since the job created a lot of debris. This company uses the Owens Corning Surenail System and we received high quality materials with a 50 year warranty. Our new roof is beautiful and has great curb appeal. It will provide safety in our challenging New England weather. We feel that our final cost of $16,000 was very reasonable. Best of all, they completed the job in one day - very impressed and highly recommend Clear Choice!

We kept wanting a new front door and usually do things ourselves, the offer we got, quality, and no hassle of another DIY was well worth it. We had our gutters done by Clear Choice and as always they met our expectations and more!

The crew did a great job installing the replacement windows. They were very professional and extremely hard working. The windows are beautiful.

One window was broken and they told us it would be 3-4 weeks for replacement. Called today, two days short of a month and the manufacture has not accepted it yet and when and if they do, it will be another 3-4 weeks until we get our window! I am not happy at all!

Our experience all around with Clear Choice has been fantastic and well worth the investment. The contractor who installed our shower was timely, professional, and extremely competent. Communication with the representative at Clear Choice was prompt and comprehensive. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. Would highly recommend.

Installation was professional and quick

Professional men worked in 95+ heat for 9 hours to install 16 windows. Job completed. Will have to return to replace one cracked but it is already ordered and they will replace it free.

Enitial installation had a few problems but they came out and fixed them. Curious staff that were easy to reach.

If you’re hoping to be looked down upon for your age and property then this is the company for you. Received two quotes from this company for different projects from the same representative. The quote for the gutters was high and laughed at by other companies but the representative wasn’t disrespectful at this time. The same representative came back two weeks later, didn’t remember us and asked if we just moved in. We’re a younger couple and one of us works in the trades. We remembered the last high price and said we weren’t looking for this to be our forever home. He immediately cut me off and said we aren’t the company for you because “we’re a premium brand”. When I asked what that meant he said we wouldn’t want to pay for their high ticket services. Since this was our fourth quote for siding, I asked what a rough estimate would be. He told us we’d pay $40,000 for our smaller home. When I told him we had other quotes and that’s insane, he asked what the quotes where. When I told him they were literally $35,000 and just said “yeah we’re not for you and drove away”. So apparently for the same brand siding, the same deconstruction, construction and clean up services this is a premium company.

They arrived as scheduled, installed the gutters exactly as planned, and were so personable and professional that I would recommend them to a friend.

We decided to replace the windows and slider from the original 2005 condo construction which were leaky and had obstructive grids (why would you want to block your window and door view of the river with ugly strips of metal?) and I had been blocking the New Hampshire cold air with the Frost King window kits for 3 years. I was determined never to do that again. That hair dryer was going back into the closet for good. We had 3 companies visit and they were the last to arrive that evening. The salesman (Mike Cullerot) was a straight shooter and explained all the features and benefits of his windows and door (OKNA products, which have great reviews from independent websites) and gave us a good price. Mike said it would take about 14 weeks for delivery, and he was right. When Vlad the Installer) as opposed to Vlad the Impaler, old joke) arrived with his team (on time as promised), he realized since our building is on a slope with no outside access to the third floor (they temporarily remove the siding which frames the old windows in order to insert the new windows), he would not be able to replace the windows, but the slider was not going to be a problem. The first thing that impressed us was his professionalism and pride in his craft. It would have been easy for him to "make it work" by trying to install from the inside in order to get the job done, but it was going to look awful and he did not want to do that. He called Clear Choice and explained the situation. They immediately removed the cost of the windows from the contract and installed the slider. Anyway, Vlad and his 2 guys did an amazing job. The slider is solid and quiet, and now gives us an amazing view of the river. NO MORE COLD AIR! As for the windows, unless Clear Choice can figure out a way to relocate our entire building, I will just hang good old insulated curtains. The beautiful slider makes up for the disappointment of the windows. It is what it is.

Clear Choice's crew was in and out in a few hours. They removed my current roof and replaced with with new shingles. The workers were diligent and polite and did a great job cleaning up the area when they were done. I am very impressed with the work and would certainly suggest them to other looking to get their roof replaced or any other home improvement project.
