Description of Work: Appointment cancelled day of. Understood so we rescheduled. They called two days before the second time slot and hung up before I got to the phone. No message left. Day of appointment I call to make sure they will be coming this time... "I'm sorry because we weren't able to confirm no one is available." How can you confirm if you hang up before I get to the phone? Will not be doing business with them.

Description of Work: Shingled the roof of a ranch house with attached garage. The crew who did the work was very good. They did a fairly good job of cleaning up afterwards. Supervision was lacking. We were supposed to get a warranty certificate for the new shingled roof but after numerous calls, we are still waiting for the warranty certificate (a year later). They keep telling me that they will contact the manufacturer and that the certificate will be sent but so far we have not received the certificate.
