This company went above and beyond to help us. Our furnace stopped working and we had no heat at all. We called them and Brian came out the next morning and gave us a quote on the spot. Four days later they installed our new furnace and had us up and running in no time. I would heartily recommend this company. I know I will call them again if I have any problems in the future!

We had a leaking 35 year old oil-fired boiler that needed to be replaced. This was just at the start of the heating season in 2021. We got quotes for price & installation dates from several HVAC companies Clear All HVAC supplied several boiler replacement options and also quoted an earlier delivery date than any other quote. We selected a boiler/indirect water heater combination that was significantly less than competing quotes. Clear All installed the system within a week and responded quickly to any concerns & questions we had. We highly recommend Clear All HVAC for anyone that needs HVAC installations, repairs, service and values good customer service. In our opinion they are outstanding and we will continue to use them as our go to HVAC Services company.

Clear All was on time with the quote and very reasonably priced to install a generator switch. Nick is a pro and provided an outstanding solution. I’m tremendously pleased and I highly recommend Nick and Clear All.

I had 5 quotes for converting our oil burner to a natural gas burner. I already knew which system I wanted. Brian listened to all my needs, did not try and change my mind on which system to install and provided a fair estimate. I signed up and the work is now finished. Brian and his crew were extremely professional. He walked me through everything and gave me options during the install, he really listened to my input and didn't try to persuade me in another direction. They worked hard and stayed late until the job was complete. They cleaned up everything when they were done perfectly! I could not be happier with the service and professionalism we received. Great job, highly recommend for sure!

I had a leaking pipe and a furnace issue. They came out 3 day before my scheduled date assessed the situation gave me a accurate estimate very fair price. Work was performed professionally. Had a small issue with a dripping valve they missed and they came right back the next day and corrected the problem. Excellent customer service.

Not exactly sure if this is a Panasonic or Clear Air problem but why should it cost $900 to install a new bathroom light/fan?! It is still not doing exactly what Panasonic claims it should. Very expensive lesson learned. REVISION: It appears the problem is with Panasonic. The description is misleading. Be sure to discuss what you expect from the unit you want to be installed with the electrician BEFORE installing. What the manufacturer says it will do may vary with the circumstances of your particular location. FOLLOW UP, finally reached Panasonic Tech support and it appears Clear Air was correct in their assessment of what the fan/light can do rather than what Panasonic lead me to believe. I made sure the Panasonic tech understood my disappointment. In fact, the Clear Air electrician did a superb job of managing to get the system to perform better than Panasonic seems to have intended. Kudos to Clear Air.

I got to say I was a little hesitant to go with Clear All Cooling and Heating. The reviews on google + HomeAdvisor seemed way to good to be true. So I proceeded to contact 7 other "big named" companies. Quote after quote I received it was obvious that Clear All was by far the best. The other companies weren't even close (again this made me hesitant). Over the 9 months it took me to finally change out Boiler + Oil tank I finally figured it was worth giving Brian a shot.The day of installation couldn't have gone any better! Brian works with a fantastic team of people. The Oil tank was removed seemlessly without any oil or damage to my vinyl floors. The installation went well too! Brian came on time and stayed 11 hours until the majority of the job was done. He told me he'd be back Monday to finish wiring up the thermostats and he showed up and on time! I couldn't; recommend Brian and his team enough. Coming from somebody who wants to get the most bang for the buck I urge you to use Brian. This is the first review I have ever left a business, and I am doing it so you make the right decision. Go with Brian, unlike most things in life he is NOT to good to be true! I went with a Energy Kinetics 3 zone Oil boiler + new Oil tank. and I could not be happier! If you aren't sure what system to go with I'd recommend going with an energy kinetics boiler. Brian installed it seamlessly and it is amazing how quiet it is! Brian is an incredible human, I am so happy I found him. He will service all of my needs in the future as well as be the guy I refer to anybody who needs somebody to do some boiler work! USE THIS COMPANY I URGE YOU! THEY ARE THE ONE AND ONLY QUOTE YOU WILL NEED TO GET! Trust me and save yourself hours of aggravation and stress of trying to find somebody. I hope this helps you make the right descison to use Brian and. Clear All Cooling and Heating!

Called four other contractors, before trying Clear All. One reached the office. Unhelpful operator who says, no we don't have any emergency services and we'll call you back when we have an opening - probably 2 weeks or so. Another said October. Another never called back after I left a message with a foreign speaking woman at reception. Probably an answering service. I began this process at 11 a.m. this morning. It's now 2:00 p.m. and Brian and John have already left my home with problem solved. Within a span of 2 hours, they called me back, arrived wearing masks (which was SO appreciated), had my boiler leak from the A/C diagnosed and were out of here with the assurance I had to let them know by tomorrow if it flooded at any time from now until then and they would return. They fully explained everything they were doing. Asked me before they replaced any new parts and I was aware of what the approximate total cost would be. They were kind, efficient and gentle. No sales pitches. Just down to earth and "let's get this fixed for you" -- and charged a reasonable fee. As a widowed 73 year old woman, this gave me great comfort. I felt at ease in their presence and am so grateful for them. Job well done! Thank you Clear All Cooling and Heating.

Brian at Clear All was recommended by a friend and they lived up to the recommendation and beyond. Helped trouble shoot a broken boiler for my in-laws and once he saw it he highly recommended replacing the boiler. I knew this was not an up-sell as the boiler was in very rough shape. While the new boiler was obviously more expensive then the repair, the price quoted for the boiler, burner, install, and removal of the old system was very fair - too good to pass up and risk throwing good money at bad with a repair on a 20+ year old boiler. Contacted them on a Monday, Brian showed up on that Wednesday to assess the situation and the new boiler was installed and running by 5 pm Thursday. He kept me in the loop through the whole process even though it was my in-laws boiler install. He also took the time to evaluate the size of the house and recommended a much smaller boiler - the existing one was way oversized and therefore over-using heating oil.

Brian and his crew are professional in every sense . Excellent communicators . Kept me updated after an electric storm took out the circuit board on my greenhouse heater . Fixed it promptly when the part arrived . Will use again .
