Big mistake if you lose Melanie.

Workers were professional and worked with pride in all. Job turned out much larger than first thought but went smoothly and as fast as possible with integrity.

Our painter was Patrick. He was superior and did a great job repairing the walls that were heavily damaged. You could not see any blemishes when he was finished with the sheet rock and mud and after he painted it looked wonderful. Patrick took his time and delivered beautiful results. He was very meticulous with his work. He was very clean and neat with his work area. He has a great customer service attitude and it was a pleasure to have him working in our home. Patrick is an asset to CertaPro and represents the company with professionalism and honesty. He certainly helped to redeem the CertaPro reputation from our prior painting experience with them.

Serge was responsive when taking the quote. Doug & the crew answered questions, walked the job each day and left the outside clean when done.

Quality of work was exceptional. I was told project would take two to three days, it took 5+ days. I was told a minimum of two painters, possibly three to four painters would work on the project. Actually had only one painter for four days and two painters for only one day. When I called about the progress of the project, I felt that my concerns were not seriously considered. Because the one painter had to hurry the project, mistakes were made towards the end of the project and the painter had to come back on a Saturday morning to do the touch ups.

Received firm quote from manager. Set up schedule with office mgr. Painter showed up as planned and completed the job. Excellent.

Painting went very well. Val did a great job and was very receptive to any input I gave her.

Painting went well. Some small stuff missed, which when pointed out, they immediately corrected. (They want you to inspect their work and be satisfied) The carpenters were very good (they are full time with Certa-Pro) and gave me excellent and reasonable options on what could be done for the unexpected things they found. Many of the suggestions were above and beyond just fixing it. About half of the above cost was carpenter labor and materials. Weather caused some delays, but that is New England.

Very prompt, Excellent work, left the ares softless. Very courteous. Would loved to gave Steve return and do the full house when it is needed. He was excellent.

CertaPro is always professional and competitively priced. Their painters are on time, trustworthy and neat. The painting was exceptional. Their offic manager, Nicole, provides exceptional customer service.

This company is EXCELLENT in EVERY aspect We met with Serge Nadeua twice while finalizing the estimate - Serge was excellent in explaining options that would save us money, as well as advising us where trying to save money would not end up being a good long-term decision. Certa-Pro was also MUCH cheaper than other decorators who gave us estimates Mike and Mike worked in our house for about 2-1/2 weeks. On a daily basis they kept us informed of what they would be working on for the next few days, so that we could get rooms ready for them to work in. They were also great at working on things in a sequence that minimized any interruptions to our daily lives. They did a great job of clearing up every day, and putting everything back into its original place. The final result is FANTASTIC. I cannot speak highly enough of Certa-Pro !!! They are coming back in the Spring to paint the outside of the House. There is absolutely NO DOUBT that I would use Certa-Pro for any/all future painting needs One of the aspects of redecorating that 'scared' me the most was picking colors. We worked with Jill Hoskings (of Hoskings Interiors) ( www.hoskinginteriors.com), and she was absolutely brilliant in helping us select colors and suggest other low-cost improvements that have really helped transform our home. By doing these upgrades before the painters started, the finished job looks PERFECT. If you are re-decorating multiple rooms and you don't have a good feel for interior design yourself, you really should consider using an interior designer. I had always thought that interior designers were really expensive, but Jill was worth her weight in gold. I simply cannot believe how much better the final result was, and how little extra we soent to achieve it. Again, i would never consider doing any interior decorating without first asking Jill Hosking of Hosking-Interiors for her help first. We were so lucky to find two such great companies THANK YOU CERTA-PRO THANK YOU HOSKING INTERIORS

The painters came on time, did a great job, and left everything neat as a pin. The staircase looks brand new.

The service and the job were fine. I was very favorably impressed with the job they did.

They did a dreadful job. I had hired them because CertaPro painted my mother’s home and did a good job. The particular people that did my house were outside hired contractors, and they painted my house the wrong color. They also charged me lots of money for a workman that was not there near as long as they claimed. I was at home when they were painting my home. I could not recommend them. They did a crumby job, but they did follow up on it. They took care of some of the issues I had and reduced the final cost.
