All the painters were super professional and the work was meticulous and within our expected time frame for completion. Special mention to Shawn, Nichole and Bob for their excellent work while being careful not to get paint on our new carpet and hardwood floors. Description of Work: Our house required a lot of carpentry work including replacing an entire side with new clapboards, replacing rotting windowsills and trim, etc. before the house was painted. The house looks great. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. All the workers were pleasant, courteous and professional. My only complaint is that the estimate for the carpentry was no where near what the total price turned out to be. I realize that it was an estimate, but Serge viewed the house with my husband and discussed the work that would need to be done. The estimate should have been much closer to reality. Instead, the final cost of the carpentry was over 10 times the estimate. We did approve of the work and everything that was done needed to be done and the house has never looked better.

Description of Work: Told us 1 coat if we stayed w same color so we did but it needed 2 so it cost more. Paint spatter on floors. Some trim done and some missed in each room. Not best edging where green walls and white trim met.

Description of Work: When I needed to power wash my house I was delighted to learn that CertaPro offered this service. I had used them several times before to paint the interior of my home and they did a super job. After I called a gentleman came from the company to give me an estimate. I agreed on the price and we scheduled a "time frame" within which the work would be done. I received a call within the aforementioned time frame to say that they would be coming the next day. I mistook the caller as one from another company which had also given me an estimate. Once I realized my mistake I called CertaPro and they quickly remedied the problem I created. Their worker arrived on time, did a fantastic job - even went the extra mile to either avoid, or pay particular attention to areas I pointed out to him. (Example, there is a bird's nest next to a light on the house. I wanted to make sure that he did nothing to harm the nest. He was wonderful about this.)

Description of Work: I had my Kitchen, living room, 1/2 bathroom, master bedroom, all of the ceilings, and a in-law apartment painted. This company was very professional and excellent to deal with. They did a perfect job and was very reasonable. I plan on using them again sometime this year. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and already have a couple of times.
