I had contacted the company early in the week and scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 12PM. I sent lots of photo's and measurements prior to our appointment so that the designer would have a good idea of what we wanted. We arrived on time for our appointment and to our dismay the designer had booked two additional appointments at the same time and started working with one of the other customers. We were passed off to a sales person who was inexperienced. We left after ten minutes.

Sometimes new customers end up waiting couple of minutes to be assisted ( 10 to 15 minutes ). - At Cabinets For Less our designers work as a team and we always do our best to help our customers.
