I was not home when they were there, but the lawn looked excellent.

I called to explain what I wanted and was told someone would be out in a day or 2 and I would be given an estimate. The next day I got the estimate that I thought was good. I was told the work would be done at the beginning of the next week. The following Monday when I came home, it was done. I have not received a bill yet. My only small complaint is that they had moved my patio furniture and did not put it back where it was, and there was one branch left in the yard. To me those were small things. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and polite and explained everything very clearly.

We have used their services several times. They are very thorough and efficient. They really do a great job.

They were nice people to deal with and did a good job. They were reasonably priced and I liked their services. I will continue to use their services in future.

It all went well until the bill came. They charged for two yards of mulch but delivered and used only one. They did not leave the other yard or adjust the price accordingly. They sent a threatening letter that they would report me to the Credit Reporting agencies if I did not pay for the undelivered mulch.
