I discovered that Tim Bradley is not someone who is interested in representing his business in a professional manner. So I assume their work is not the most professional either.
Description of Work: A neighbor of someone who had work performed. Our tree was damaged by their truck traveling the wrong down our residential street, returning to a job site to remove tree trunks they left on the side of the street from a job the day prior. A branch (several inches in diameter) was broken off. The driver refused to remove the debris. When I called and spoke with Tim Bradley the owner, he too refused to accept that their driver caused the damage, or that it was due to negligent driving. Since he and the driver had the ready excuse of "the limb was too low". So, either he was the driver or this is a regular occurrence with his company. Ironically his trucks were able to get into the neighborhood (and out) the day before for the removal of a very large tree, with large trucks. When I pointed that out to him, he hung up on me. Maybe he doesn't like to be challenged by females? He refused to accept responsibility. We'll see if he actually does remove the debris, which he seemed to think was not his responsibility either.

We requested a quote for tree services from Bradley Tree and Landscape in Manchester on 8/24/14. They agreed to come out on Saturday 8/30 at 9am to take a look and provide an estimate. They were a no show for that appointment with no contact. I contacted them and they rescheduled for the following Tuesday at 7pm. I received a phone call two hours before that meeting letting me know that despite being 14 miles away, doing work for us previously, and being listed in their work area that we were and quot;too farand quot;. I do not know of too many companies that can turn down a few K worth or work, but I am glad that Bradley is in that position. We will gladly look elsewhere. Your mileage definitely may vary, but I can not recommend Bradley to anyone.

Very good experience. They came in, were efficient and did the work. Did a good job. The only problem is that they didn't call me a couple days before so I could get to the house to oversee.
Description of Work: Took out some trees and shrubs and pruning.

Have no idea if I was speaking with an employee or the owner, but they made it clear they had no interest in my residential work right from the start of the conversation.
Description of Work: No work done. Called for an estimate and got a gruff response that there was nothing he could do. I had asked for an estimate to see about cutting back our trees that had gotten quite overgrown, and mishapen by PSNH. After asking if there wasn't something he could suggest (rather than simply saying he had no intention of even considering the job) he asked me to e-mail him some pics of the trees so he could check out the work I was looking for. Never heard from him again and I certainly was not going to pursue it.

Price was good. It took a little long for him to come out and do the work. Work was done properly with good clean-up. I liked that he used a crane and therefore, did no damage to the lawn. Was happy with the work and would use Tim Bradley again.
Description of Work: I had two large trees removed and the stumps grinded.

Got Bradley name from a neighbor who got 7 estimates and Bradley was most reasonable. He was extremely punctual for estimate and for service. His team was very polite and good workers. They arrived at 7:30 am and were done at 10:00 am. I'm using them again now after storm Sandy.
Description of Work: Took 2 gigantic maple trees down, cut wood, took roots and filled in hole in 2 1/2 hr with great equipment.

The company was prompt in coming out to give an estimate. The estimate was lower than others I received. When the work was scheduled, they arrived promptly at the time they promised. They immediately went to work and completed the job in short order. The areas they worked in were left clean of debris and all the items on the list were completed.
Description of Work: General storm damage cleanup for trees, clearing out around power line to the house, small tree removal and chipping brush piles.

They did an estimate. It was too much. So, I chose to do it myself.
Description of Work: Came out and did a prompt estimate. Wanted $6,000 to cut down about 18 trees. I received three separate estimates. All came in within $5 of each other. Each started writing it up based on number of trees, their location, proximity to houses and wires, figured in for cranes, cherry pickers, number of workers, and what not. But in the end, it simply came down to a full crew with full equipment for two days. $3,000 per day. I didn't have that much money laying about, so I've had to do it myself. Rented a manlift for $225 to top all of the trees near hazzards, and a 9 inch wood chipper for $225, and bought a nice new chainsaw for $400. It was a ton of work and thank goodness I had some help. I also learned how many of my neighbors were using wood to help heat their home in the winter. So I really didn't have much trouble getting rid of the wood. Folks would come get the good stuff for free, once its on the ground.

I got an estimate over the phone and made an appointment. They showed up on time (after to calling ahead to verify the appointment). They used a large stump grinding machine quickly and safely. Very friendly too.

They arrived early and reviewed the estimate as well as presented their certificate of liability insurance. They reviewed with us what was going to happen. They did the job in an extremely timely manner. They were very professional, had all the proper equipment (even the right equipment to drop an 80 foot pine tree!), and removed all debri and left my yard cleaner than it was before they started. We are extremely happy with the end result. Great value for the money!!
Description of Work: 11 trees were removed and 6 other trees were limbed up.
