911 Restoration of New Hampshire

During the cold snap in February this year we had broken pipes due to the blow zero temperature. Half of the hardwood floors in our kitchen and dining area got soaked causing them to warp and buckle. Our kitchen cabinets were soaked on the bottom, and the drywall in the kitchen and dining room. We called many companies and everyone was to busy to come out. When I called 911 Restoration they told me they would have a project manager out within 45 minutes to my house. When they got to my house they calmed me down and assured me they were professionals and everything was going to be alright. They waked me through filing a claim with my insurance and told me what to expect. There work was very skilled, they dried out my cabinets by removing a piece of wood on the bottom and drilling holes in them, then sticking tubes through the holes to dry it. They also sanded and refinished all of our hardwood floors. The floors looked twice as good when they were done then they had before the water damage. Over all they were a great company to work with and always took the time to answer any of my questions. I would recommend them to any one going through their own disaster.

911 Restoration was excellent - they responded on short notice when our water pipe burst in our (carpeted) basement. They came that night and immediately started the restoration process to minimize the total cost of damage. They also worked directly with my insurance company to make sure all the charges were taken care of. It is no fun to have a flooded basement but if we ever have another such problem I would call Jacob and his crew immediately. They were true professionals.
