+ -1 moreDO NOT USE THIS MAN OR THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We are still finding mistakes and improperly performed worked almost one year later
Description of Work: .new roof - that had to be redone by someone else because it leaked within 1 month .took down knotty pine and replaced with sheetrock - shoddy job with lumpy walls and large space between ceiling and floor .new kitchen cabinets - work is primitive without any finishing touches, including sanding raw edges .new wood floors - separated and buckled within 6 months of installation .installed new staircase - had to be redone by someone else because it shook when walked upon and you could see daylight between each step. .installed under counter kitchen sink OVER the tile. Broke windows and ripped screens during work - did not replace He is unisured and uses untrained workers to do professional work [like roofing

+ -1 moreThey were a nightmare. He did a roof and needed it done quickly. He did it over three weeks in the winter and did not put tarps down. We had to have the roof removed because there was water inside the walls. The stair case was loose and you could not walk on it. He did shady work at a premium price. Half of the things he did have had to be redone. We went to together to pick put bricks and he put up the wrong bricks. He framed a fire place in wood and the fireplace company would not install the fireplace. Building a fireplace out of wood is a fire hazard. He will not make good on this either.
Description of Work: We had construction work done. He took down some walls and installed a stair case. He did some major work for us.
