Also during the installation they tried to skip replacing plywood as we’d agreed upon without discussing with us first. Luckily my husband was home and caught the mistake. Cody was extremely thorough in preparing the house for painting, and in repairing both, some damaged siding we were aware of, and other areas of rot that were more extensive then we knew. There was a lot to finish as the colder weather set in, but it was clear that Cody wanted to do things the right way without cutting corners. We selected a bolder variation on the previous color scheme, and the finished project looks fantastic. Cody was respectful, easy to communicate with, and fair and transparent in his pricing.
