Tom and his team did an excellent job patching up my roof from wind damage and old wear and tear. Tom did an inspection on my roof as well and gave me some tips and life expectancy for my current roof (its over 30 yrs old and crappy asphalt 3-tab). He also gave me a new roof estimate that i really appreciated. Tom and his team responded, scheduled and finished the work within a week. Very impressed and will be having them out next season for my full roof replacement.

Like any proposal, compare it carefully to the verbal or handwritten. There was one option that listed "if needed" but did not specify a cost.

The price was right and promises kept, responded quickly to replace a leaking roof I was waiting to replace in the spring but having it completed in one day in December weather was great. The crew was great taking care care of the instalation and cleanup. I would defiantly hire him again.

They did a great job, on time, and came back the next day to make sure the clean up was complete.

The cost seemed a tad high, but no other company would consider such a small job and the work was completed as promised and in good time before winter snows. I would definitely hire them again.

Had several roofers look at the property. All the others wanted to do a complete replacement for over $10K. Marquis actually took a close look at the roof and said the leak was coming from vent pipe boot. They also saw that the ridge vent was collapsing and needed to be replaced. They replaced the 2 vent pipe boots, replaced the ridge vents on the house and garage and removed several old antennas for a very reasonable price. Extremely pleased with the timeliness and workmanship of the repairs. I manage several properties in the area and will be using them again.

I have used Marquis for a few roof repair projects and would highly recommend them. The work is perfect and they are very easy to work with. I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
